as the President Director, in which the
presentation of the Public Expose was divided
into 3 (three) agendas and each of them was
presented by a member of the Board of
Directors, as follows:

1. The First Agenda regarding the Company
Overview was presented by Mrs. dr.
Juniwati Gunawan as the President
Director,

2. The Second Agenda regarding the Initiative
Highlights of the Company was presented
by Mrs. drg. Nailufar, MARS as the Director,
and

3. The Third Agenda regarding the Company's
Performance Review was presented by Mr.
Armen Antonius Djan as the Director.

Setelah pemaparan materi tersebut selesai,
acara dilanjutkan dengan sesi tanya jawab.

RUPST telah menyetujui penggunaan
saldo laba Perseroan sampai dengan
tahun 2023, Perseroan membagikan
dividen total sejumlah Rp24,1 Miliar
dimana Rp13,9 Miliar telah dibagikan
sebagai dividen interim pada bulan
Agustus 2023, sehingga dividen yang
masih akan dibagikan kepada
pemegang saham adalah sebesar
Rp10,2 Miliar atau setara dengan Rp11
per saham yang akan dibayarkan pada
tanggal 9 Juli 2024.

Capex RSGK Group tahun 2024 telah
digunakan sekitar 256 salah satunya
untuk perbaikan alat-alat lama dan juga
pembelian peralatan medis baru untuk
menunjang pelayanan kesehatan.

untuk rehabilitasi tubuh bagian bawah,

Answer:

a) AGMS have approved the use of the
Company's retained earnings until 2023,
whereas the Company will distribute total
cash dividends of 241 Billion of which
IDR 13.9 billion has been distributed as
an interim dividend in August 2023, so
that the dividend that will still be
distributed to shareholders is IDR 10.2
billion or eguivalent to IDR 11 per share
which will be paid on July 9, 2024.

b) We have budgeted RSGK Group's
capex in 2024 has been used around
254, one of which is for eguipment
maintenance and also purchased new
medical  eguipment to support
healthcare services.

c) Lexo” is a robotic device for lower body
rehabilitation, while Diego”, a robotic

rehabilitation of stroke, Parkinson's,
brain injury, Medula Spinalis injury,
multiple sclerosis, and motor neuron

How is the realization of capital expenditure
until 41/2024? And overall, the Company's
optimism in 2024, what is the revenue or
profit targeted?

Answer:

e As I mentioned, capital expenditure until
01/2024 has been realized by around
2546 and most of it is used for the
purchase of medical eguipment.

e The Company's financial performance
as of 41/2024 is very good, compared
to 41/2023 revenue increased by 2896,
net profit increased by 9696. Overall
growth is guite significant and we hope
to continue to growing and maintain our
performance and we are optimistic that
we will achieve the target in 2024.
