Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem (IJE), anak usaha dari PT
Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (WIFI), telah berhasil menyelesaikan
pembangunan 200 Ribu homepass untuk Viberlink (ISP -
Internet Service Provider). Pencapaian ini menjadi tonggak
penting bagi IJE dalam memperluas jaringan infrastrukturnya
di Indonesia. Dengan rampungnya pembangunan homepass
tersebut, ini akan berdampak besar dan positif bagi
pendapatan perusahaan induknya (WIFI) ke depan. Dengan
adanya penambahan infrastruktur telekomunikasi ini, WIFI
telah memperluas jaringan internet ke berbagai daerah dan
membuka peluang bagi ISP lainnya untuk berkolaborasi dalam
mendorong penetrasi ekonomi digital.
Saat ini IJE tengah merampungkan kerjasama dengan
operator dalam membangun 1 juta homepass. Selain itu
dengan telah ditandatanganinyai Key Term Sheet dengan PT
PGN Tbk (PGAS) dalam rangka Pengembangan Jaringan
Pipa Gas dan Penyediaan Layanan ICT untuk Sektor Rumah
Tangga dan Komersial yang mentargetkan 2.5 juta rumah
tangga, diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak bagi
pemerataan internet yang handal dan terjangkau bagi rumah
tangga dan di sisi lain meningkatkan kinerja pendapatan
Perseroan dari segmen infrastruktur telekomunikasi.
Dengan rampungnya 200 ribu homepass ISP, kerjasama
dengan PGN, dan potensi kerjasama operator, IJE siap untuk
meningkatkan kapasitas layanan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan
pasar yang terus meningkat. Ini juga merupakan bagian dari
strategi besar PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (WIFI) untuk
memperkuat posisinya di industri telekomunikasi di Indonesia.

Homepasses for ISP
Description of Material Information or PT Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem (IJE), a subsidiary of PT
Facts Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (WIFI), has successfully completed
the construction of 200 thousand homepasses for Viberlink
(ISP - Internet Service Provider). This achievement is an
important milestone for IJE in expanding its infrastructure
network in Indonesia. With the completion of the homepass
construction, this will have a major and positive impact on the
parent company's (WIFI) revenue going forward. With the
addition of this telecommunications infrastructure, WIFI has
expanded the internet network to various regions and opened
up opportunities for other ISPs to collaborate in driving digital
economy penetration.
IJE is currently finalizing cooperation with operator in building 1
million homepasses. In addition, with the signing of the Key
Term Sheet with PT PGN Tbk (PGAS) in the framework of Gas
Pipeline Network Development and ICT Service Provision for
Household and Commercial Sectors targeting 2.5 million
households, it is expected to have an impact on the distribution
of reliable and affordable internet for households and on the
other hand improve the Company's revenue performance from
the telecommunications infrastructure segment.
With the completion of 200 thousand ISP homepasses,
cooperation with PGN, and potential operator cooperation, IJE
is ready to increase service capacity to meet the increasing
market needs. This is also part of PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk
(WIFI) grand strategy to strengthen its position in the
telecommunications industry in Indonesia.
