    Strengthening ONE Pertamina's Synergy in the Chemical Sector, Elnusa
     and Pertamina Lubricants Sign a Memorandum of Understanding on
               Specialty Chemical Product Commercialization

Jakarta, 13 June 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), through its subsidiary Elnusa Petrofin (EPN), further strengthened the ONE
Pertamina synergy by signing a memorandum of understanding with PT Pertamina Lubricants (PTPL) for cooperation in the
field of Specialty Chemical, especially Perta Series products. The signing ceremony held on Monday (10/6) in Jakarta shows
the commitment of both companies in improving integration and operational efficiency.

The event was attended by EPN President Director Doni Indrawan, EPN Operations & Marketing Director Ferdiansyah, PTPL
President Director Werry Prayogi, PTPL Sales & Marketing Director Dwi Puja Ariestya, PT Pertamina Persero VP Technology
Development II Ismal Gamar, and EPN & PTPL management.

The cooperation agreement between EPN and PTPL includes the commercialization of Perta Series products that have been
developed by Pertamina Technology Innovation (TI) from the Technology Development II Sub-Function and Technology
Incubation Sub-Function such as Demulsifier (Pertadem), Corrosion Inhibitor (Pertaguard), and Pour Point Depressant
(Pertaflow), as well as other products in accordance with specifications.

EPN President Director Doni Indrawan said, “EPN is committed to supporting PTPL's Operational Excellence by providing
integrated Total Services Assistant (TSA) services in the Chemical Field, these services include Chemical Research &
Development, Chemical Production, Transport & Logistics Services, Operations & Maintenance Services, Chemical Pumping
& Equipment Services, and Storage & Inventory Management System,” said Doni.

Doni added, “EPN is also grateful for the trust given by PTPL. This cooperation is expected to develop business, both EPN
and PTPL. EPN is ready to support PTPL's operational excellence, especially in the Chemical sector,” Doni added.

In his remarks, PTPL President Director Werry Prayogi in his speech said that, “Pertamina Lubricants again gave the mandate
to Elnusa Petrofin to support realizing superior Operational Excellence. We hope that this collaboration in the Chemical
field can support Pertamina's vision to continue to grow and expand its business lines well." Werry said.

With this collaboration, Elnusa Petrofin and Pertamina Lubricants hope to achieve common goals in creating Value Creation
in Pertamina Group and making a real contribution to Industry and Society, as well as strengthening its position as a leading
