dimiliki tidak langsung oleh Perseroan sebesar 99,96% yaitu
PT Golden Harvest Cocoa Indonesia PT GHCI mendapat
surat/relaas panggilan sidang untuk menghadap pada
persidangan perkara No 162/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst, untuk mengadiri sidang tanggal
06 Juni 2024 di Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Jakarta
Pusat. Permohonan PKPU 162
Selanjutnya, sehubungan telah dibacakannya Putusan
Perkara 163/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst pada
tanggal 5 Juni 2024 Putusan Perkara 163, sebagaimana surat
Laporan Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan No.
33/BTEK-IDX-OJK/VI/2024 tanggal 06 Juni 2024 yang pada
pokoknya menyatakan dan menetapkan PKPU Sementara
terhadap PT GHCI.
Oleh karenanya, pada tanggal 10 Juni 2024, Permohonan
PKPU 162 /Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst telah
dilakukan pencabutan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak lain atas kejadian tersebut dan Peseroan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan masih menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnnya secara normal.

Description of Material Information or On June 6 2024, the Company's subsidiary which is indirectly
Facts owned by the Company by 99.96%, namely PT Golden
Harvest Cocoa Indonesia PT GHCI received a letter/relaas of
court summons to appear at the trial in case No. 162/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst, to attend the trial on June 6
2024 at the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta Court.

Furthermore, in connection with the reading of the Decision on
Case 163/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst on June 5
2024 Case 163 Decision, as stated in the Company
Information or Material Fact Report letter No. 33/BTEK-IDX-
OJK/VI/2024 dated 06 June 2024 which basically states and
determines the Temporary PKPU against PT GHCI.
Therefore, on June 10 2024, Application PKPU 162 /Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst was withdrawn.
