Uraian informasi atau Fakta Bahwa, pada 11 Juni, telah diputus oleh Pengadilan Material Description of Material Information or Negeri Jakarta Pusat, pada perkara No: Fact 149IPdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. dan No. 150/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. dengan amar putusan yang mengabulkan Permohonan PKPU yang diajukan oleh Pemohon PKPU, yakni PT Januardi Putera Logistik, terhadap Para Termohon PKPU, yakni PT Pan Brothers Tbk (PBRX), PT Eco Smart Garment Indonesia (ESGI), PT Prima Sejati Sejahtera (PSS), serta PT Pancaprima Ekabrothers (PPEB), dan menetapkan PKPU Sementara terhadap Para Termohon PKPU untuk paling lama 45 hari terhitung sejak putusan ini dibacakan. Whereas, on June 11, 2024, the Central Jakarta District Court issued decisions in case No. 149/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. and No. 150/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. with decisions granting the PKPU Application submitted by the PKPU Petitioner, namely PT Januardi Putera Logistik, against the PKPU Respondents, namely PT Pan Brothers Tbk (PBRX), PT Eco Smart Garment Indonesia (ESGI), PT Prima Sejati Sejahtera (PSS), also PT Pancaprima Ekabrothers (PPEB), and establishing a Temporary PKPU against the PKPU Respondents fora maximum of 45 days from the time this decision is read. Perseroan belum menerima salinan putusan resmi terkait dengan penetapan PKPU sementara tersebut. The Company has not received a copy of the official decision regarding the temporary PKPU ruling. Perseroan akan mengikuti proses dan mekanisme PKPU sebagaimana ditentukan dalam peraturan dan hukum yang berlaku.
