Transportasi Curah (“HTC”), a subsidiary of the
Company, pursuant to Shipbuilding Agreements for
the construction of 1 (one) unit of Self-Propelled
Hopper Barge with Hull Nos. CBS-036 and CBS-
035, each dated 14 August 2025.

Type of asset is 2 (two) of unit SPHB,
2. Nilai perolehan atas 2 (dua) unit Kapal adalah
sebesar Rp38.300.000.000,- (tiga puluh delapan
miliar tiga ratus juta rupiah)
The acguisition value of 2 (two) units of the
vessel is Rp38.300.000.000,- (thirty-eight billion
three hundred million rupiah).
