menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi bahwa pada tanggal 12 Juni 2024 Perseroan telah
menerima surat permohonan pengunduran diri Bapak Jusman Syafii Djamal dari jabatannya
selaku Presiden Komisaris-Komisaris Independen Perseroan.

RESIGNATION OF MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
In compliance with the provision of Article 9, paragraph a of Financial Services Authority
Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014 on the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuer
or Public Company, and the provision of Article 2, paragraph 1 of Financial Services Authority
Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 on Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuer or
Public Company, the Company hereby informs that on June 12, 2024, the Company received a
resignation letter from Mr. Jusman Syafii Djamal from his position as President Commissioner-
Independent Commissioner of the Company.
Thus, this disclosure of information is conveyed.
