menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi bahwa pada tanggal 10 Juni 2024 Perseroan telah
menerima surat permohonan pengunduran diri Bapak Nazri Bin Othman dari jabatannya selaku
Presiden Direktur Perseroan.

In compliance with the provision of Article 9, paragraph a of Financial Services Authority
Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014 on the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuer
or Public Company, and the provision of Article 2, paragraph 1 of Financial Services Authority
Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 on Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuer or
Public Company, the Company hereby informs that on June 10, 2024, the Company received a
resignation letter from Mr. Nazri Bin Othman from his position as President Director of the
Company.
Thus, this disclosure of information is conveyed.
