Bio Axion untuk mengakhiri kerjasama distribusi secara resmi. Referring to (i) Financial Service Authority (“OJK”) Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Disclosure on Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies (“POJK 31/2015”): and (ii) Rule Number I-E regarding amendments to Regulation Number I-E regarding Obligation to Submit Information, the Decree of Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. KEP-00060/BEI/09-2022 dated 30 September 2022 (“Rule I-E”), we hereby inform that PT Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk and PT Bio Axion have agreed to officially end the distribution cooperation. Tidak terdapat dampak yang signifikan terhadap operasional dan kelangsungan usaha perseroan atas pemberhentian kerjasama distribusi ini.
