Public Expose Tahunan Perseroan tersebut akan dihadiri
juga oleh anggota Direksi Perseroan yang baru akan
diangkat berdasarkan keputusan Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Tahunan Tahun Buku 2023
Perseroan yang akan diselenggarakan pada 28 Juni
2024 dan anggota Direksi Entitas Anak Perseroan, yaitu
PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara.

Sesuai dengan ketentuan berdasarkan Peraturan No.: I-
E/2022, materi Public Expose Tahunan Perseroan akan
disampaikan paling lambat 3 (tiga) hari bursa sebelum
tanggal penyelenggaraan Public Expose Tahunan
Perseroan yaitu pada 25 Juni 2024.

Public Expose Tahunan/Annual Public Expose

The Board of Directors of the Company who will attend the
Annual Public Expose of the Company namely:

1. Jang Seon Pyo as President Director, and

2. Calvin Wiryapranata as Director.

The Annual Public Expose of the Company will also be
attended by member of Board of Directors of the
Company who will newly be appointed under the
resolution of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of
Financial Year of 2023 of the Company to be held on
June 28”, 2024 and member of Board of Directors of the
Company's subsidiary, i.e., PT Lotte Chemical Titan
Nusantara.

In accordance with provision under the Regulation No.: I-
E/2022, material of the Annual Public Expose of the
Company will be conveyed by at the latest 3 (three)
exchange days before the date of Annual Public Expose
of the Company which is on June 25", 2024.
