pengunduran diri Bapak Horst Siegfried Guenther dari
Information Description
jabatannya selaku Komisaris.
Pengunduran diri tersebut akan efektif setelah diputuskan
dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham yang akan
diselenggarakan pada tanggal 27 Juni 2024.
On 12 June 2024, the Company received a letter of
resignation from Mr. Horst Siegfried Guenther from his
respective positions as Commissioner.
The resignation will be effective after it is decided in the
General Meeting of Shareholders which will be held on 27
June 2024.
