PT PGN Tbk dan PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk SURGE
WIFI.JK beserta anak usahanya PT Integrasi Jaringan
Ekosistem (Weave) secara resmi menandatangani Key Term
Sheet yang merupakan pokok-pokok Perjanjian Kerjasama
Pengembangan Jaringan Pipa Gas dan Penyediaan Layanan
ICT untuk Sektor Rumah Tangga dan Komersial.
Penandatanganan ini dilakukan oleh Direktur Sales dan
Operasi PGN Ratih Esti Prihatini dan Presiden Direktur
SURGE Yune Marketatmo. Kerjasama ini akan mentargetkan
2,5 juta rumah tangga di Pulau Jawa melalui penyediaan
infrastruktur jaringan pipa gas oleh PGN dan jaringan internet
oleh SURGE, dimana akan memberikan layanan jaringan gas
dan internet handal dengan harga yang terjangkau kepada
rumah tangga dan komersial. Dengan kerjasama ini
diharapkan akan mempercepat penetrasi serta distribusi
jaringan gas beserta internet yang lebih merata, terjangkau,
dan dapat dapat memberikan dampak pada perkembangan
ekonomi masyarakat. Melalui kerjasama ini maka PGN dan
Surge sepakat untuk melakukan Joint Marketing, Joint
Construction, dan atau Bundling Product atas layanan jargas
dan layanan internet untuk sektor rumah tangga dan
komersial. Dengan kerjasama ini diharapkan dapat
memberikan nilai tambah atas layanan jaringan gas kepada
calon pelanggan yaitu berupa layanan berlangganan internet
yang terjangkau sehingga dapat meningkatkan nilai
keekonomian proyek jargas.

Press Release - Signing of Key Term Sheet for Cooperation in
Type of Material Information or Facts Gas Pipeline Network Development and ICT Service Provision
for Household and Commercial Sectors.
Description of Material Information or PT PGN Tbk and PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk along with its
Facts subsidiary PT Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem (Weave) officially
signed the Key Term Sheet which is the main points of the
Cooperation Agreement Gas Pipeline Network Development
and ICT Service Provision for Household and Commercial
Sectors. Household and Commercial Sectors. The signing was
carried out by the Director of Sales and Operations Director
Ratih Esti Prihatini and SURGE President Director Yune
Marketatmo.
This cooperation will target 2.5 million households in Java
Island through PGN's gas pipeline infrastructure and SURGE's
internet network, which will provide reliable gas and internet
services at affordable prices to households and commercials.
With this collaboration is expected to accelerate the
penetration and distribution of gas networks along with internet
network that is more equitable, affordable, and can have an
impact on the economic development of the community.
Through this collaboration, PGN and Surge agreed to conduct
Joint Marketing, Joint Construction, and or Bundling Product of
Jargas and internet services for the household and commercial
sectors. This cooperation is expected to provide added value
to gas network services to prospective customers in the form
of affordable internet subscription services so as to increase
the economic value of the Jargas project.
