RUPS Perseroan memutuskan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Rintis, Jumadi, Rianto & Rekan dengan
Akuntan Publik (Signing Partner) yaitu Bapak Steven Tanggara untuk melakukan audit terhadap laporan keuangan
perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) Tanudiredja, Wibisana, Rintis & Rekan telah melakukan audit buku Perseroan untuk tahun
2023. Per tanggal 15 Mei 2024 KAP Tanudiredja, Wibisana, Rintis & Rekan telah berganti nama menjadi KAP Rintis,
Jumadi, Rianto & Rekan.
Berdasarkan surat rekomendasi Komite Audit tanggal 16 Mei 2024 dan hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan
Perseroan tanggal 3 Juni 2024, Perseroan menunjuk KAP Rintis, Jumadi, Rianto & Rekan untuk melakukan audit tahun
buku 2024. Berdasarkan evaluasi Komite Audit, kinerja KAP Rintis, Jumadi, Rianto & Rekan yang merupakan anggota
dari jaringan global PwC dari periode sebelumnya sudah memiliki methodologi dan standar kerja yang baik.

According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 03 June 2024 Based on: GMS Approval , The
Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Rintis, Jumadi, Rianto & Rekan with Public
Accountant (Signing Partner), namely: Mr. Steven Tanggara To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements
ending on 31 December 2024
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
The Public Accounting Firm (KAP) Tanudiredja, Wibisana, Rintis & Rekan has conducted an audit of the Company's
books for 2023. As of May 15 2024, KAP Tanudiredja, Wibisana, Rintis & Rekan has changed its name to KAP Rintis,
Jumadi, Rianto & Rekan.
Based on the Audit Committee's recommendation letter dated 16 May 2024 and the results of the Annual General
Meeting of Shareholders on 3 June 2024, the Company appointed KAP Rintis, Jumadi, Rianto & Rekan to conduct the
audit for the 2024 financial year. Based on the Audit Committee's evaluation, the performance of KAP Rintis, Jumadi,
Rianto & Partners who are members of the PwC global network from the previous period already have good work
methodologies and standards.
