Moratelindo Tahap I Tahun 2019 Seri B sebesar Rp653.000.000.000 (enam ratus lima puluh tiga miliar Rupiah), yang
mana akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 9 Juli 2024 ( Sukuk I Tahap I Seri B ). Adapun kesiapan dana Emiten terkait
dengan pelunasan Sukuk I Tahap I Seri B akan tersedia di rekening KSEI selambat-lambatnya pada tanggal 5 Juli 2024.
Dalam hal Sukuk I Seri B telah dilunasi maka kami akan menyampaikan Keterbukaan Informasi sesuai dengan yang
diamanatkan dalam POJK 31/2015.

PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk ("The Issuer") has prepared funds to pay off the principal of Moratelindo Shelf
Registration Ijarah Sukuk I Phase I Year 2019 Series B in the amount of IDR 653,000,000,000 (six hundred and fifty-
three billion Rupiah), which will mature on July 9, 2024 ( Sukuk I Phase I Series B ). As for the readiness of the Issuer's
funds related to the repayment of the Sukuk I Phase I Series B will be available in KSEI's account no later than July 5,
2024. In terms of Sukuk I Series B has been repaid, we will submit Information Disclosure as mandated in POJK
31/2015.
Thus to be informed accordingly.
