PENGUMUMAN
PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN WARAN TERSTRUKTUR
RATUDRCM6A DAN RATUDRCQ6A
Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Raharja Energi Cepu Tbk (“RATU”) pada tanggal 12 Mei
2026 tentang Aksi Koprporasi – Dividen Tunai.
Sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan Waran Terstruktur RATUDRCM6A dan RATUDRCQ6A
sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Term Sheet dan Bagian 3 Prospektus Waran Terstruktur, maka tidak
ada penyesuaian yang akan dilakukan untuk waran terstruktur RATUDRCM6A dan RATUDRCQ6A
sehubungan dengan pembagian Dividen Tunai.
Untuk menghindari keraguan, Prospektus harus dijadikan rujukan dan syarat ketentuan didalamnya
akan berlaku.

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STRUCTURED WARRANT
RATUDRCM6A AND RATUDRCQ6A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Raharja Energi Cepu Tbk (“RATU”) dated 12 May 2026,
related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend.
In accordance to the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrant RATUDRCM6A and
RATUDRCQ6A as stated in the Term Sheet and Part 3 of the Prospectus of Structured Warrant, no
adjustment will be made to structured warrant RATUDRCM6A and RATUDRCQ6A pursuant to the
Cash Dividend.
For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Base Prospectus and the terms and conditions
therein shall prevail.
