PT Kreasi Jasa Persada (Controller) increased its ownership in the Company. 3. | Uraian informasi atau Fakta Material lainnya yang relevan/ Details of information or other relevant Material Fact: Pada tanggal 7 Juni 2024, PT Kreasi Jasa Persada (pengendali) telah menambah kepemilikan saham sebanyak 75.836.700 saham yang mewakili 7,5” dari modal disetor dan ditempatkan Perseroan, yang merupakan hasil divestasi yang dilakukan oleh PT Caraka Reksa Optima. Sehingga kepemilikan saham PT Kreasi Jasa Persada (pengendali) di Perseroan menjadi sebanyak 41,594. On 7 June 2024, PT Kreasi Jasa Persada (controller) increased its share ownership by 75,836,700 shares, which represents 7.36 of the Company's paid-up and issued capital, as a result of divestment carried out by PT Caraka Reksa Optima. Therefore, the share ownership of PT Kreasi Jasa Persada (controller) in the Company amounts to 41.546. 4. | Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik/ The impact of such information or material fact towards operational activities, legal, financial condition or business continuity of Issuer or Public Company: Pelaksanaan transaksi tersebut, tidak memiliki dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
