c. Jenis kontrak :
Penandatanganan Memorandum of Understanding ("MoU")
yang bersifat non-binding untuk Kerjasama strategis
penyediaan dan fasilitasi lokasi stasiun pertukaran baterai
kendaraan listrik (battery swap station) pada jaringan warung
mitra binaan MPStore.
d. Nilai kontrak :
Rp 15.000.000.000,- (lima belas miliar Rupiah) per bulan atau
Rp 180.000.000.000,- (seratus delapan puluh miliar Rupiah)
per tahun (indikatif, akan difinalisasi dalam Perjanjian Definitif).
e. Status MoU :
Non-mengikat (non-binding), tunduk pada negosiasi lebih
lanjut, due diligence, dan pemenuhan syarat-syarat regulator.
f. Peran Perseroan:
Perseroan bertindak sebagai broker dan fasilitator yang
mengagregasi serta mengkoordinasikan akses ke jaringan
warung mitra binaan MPStore. Perseroan BUKAN pemilik
lahan.

Facts The Company and PT VGreen Global Charging Station
Investment Indonesia (VinFast).
b. Relationship between the parties in the contract :
There is no affiliated relationship between the Company and
PT VGreen Global Charging Station Investment Indonesia
(VinFast).
c. Type of contract :
Signing of a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding
("MoU") for a Strategic cooperation on the provision and
facilitation of electric vehicle battery swap station locations at
the MPStore partner kiosk network
d. Contract Value:
IDR 15,000,000,000 (fifteen billion Rupiah) per month or IDR
180,000,000,000 (one hundred and eighty billion Rupiah) per
annum (indicative, to be finalized in the Definitive Agreement).
e. MoU Status:
Non-binding, subject to further negotiation, due diligence, and
fulfilment of regulatory requirements.
f. Role of the Company:
The Company acts as broker and facilitator that aggregates
and coordinates access to the MPStore partner kiosk network.
The Company is NOT the owner of the land
