Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham
tertentu yang dapat mempengaruhi perdagangan saham Perseroan, kecuali yang telah dilaporkan dan/atau
diungkapkan sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
As of the date of this letter, the Company is not aware of any activities by certain shareholders that may
affect the trading of the Company's shares, other than those that have been reported and/or disclosed in
accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Rencana Tindakan Korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan
berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa
Near-Term Corporate Action Plans, Including Corporate Actions That May Affect the Listing of the
Company's Shares on the Stock Exchange
Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, Perseroan belum memiliki rencana tindakan korporasi dalam waktu
dekat yang dapat berdampak terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa. Perseroan senantiasa
melakukan evaluasi atas kebutuhan dan rencana strategis Perseroan dengan memperhatikan kondisi serta
perkembangan usaha Perseroan.
As of the date of this letter, the Company does not have any near-term corporate action plans that may
affect the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange. The Company continuously evaluates
its needs and strategic plans by taking into consideration the Company's business conditions and
developments.
Dalam hal terdapat rencana atau informasi yang berdasarkan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan
dan peraturan Bursa Efek Indonesia wajib disampaikan kepada publik, Perseroan akan melakukan
penyampaian informasi tersebut sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
Should there be any plan or information that, pursuant to the applicable laws and regulations and the
regulations of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, is reguired to be disclosed to the public, the Company will
disclose such information in accordance with the applicable provisions.

affect the price of the Company's securities or the continuity of the Company's business that have not
been disclosed to the public.

6. Rencana Pemegang Saham Utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan
Plans of the Controlling Shareholders in Relation to Their Share Ownership in the Company
Perseroan telah melakukan konfirmasi kepada pemegang saham utama Perseroan. Berdasarkan
konfirmasi yang diterima sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, pemegang saham utama menyatakan tidak
memiliki rencana terkait perubahan kepemilikan saham atau transaksi material lainnya yang dapat
mempengaruhi Perseroan dalam waktu dekat.
The Company has conducted confirmation with the Company's controlling shareholders. Based on the
confirmation received as of the date of this letter, the controlling shareholders have stated that they do
not have any plans relating to changes in their share ownership or other material transactions that may
affect the Company in the near term.
Perseroan senantiasa mematuhi ketentuan keterbukaan informasi sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan
perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan akan segera menyampaikan informasi material kepada publik
apabila terdapat informasi yang wajib diungkapkan.
The Company continuously complies with the disclosure requirements as stipulated under the applicable
laws and regulations and will promptly disclose any material information to the public should there be
any information that is required to be disclosed.
