Description of Material Information or Perseroan tertanggal 24 April 2024 perihal Pengunduran Diri
Facts Komisaris PT Radiant Utama Interinsco Tbk yaitu Bapak
Muhammad Hamid, dengan ini kami sampaikan bahwa
pengunduran diri Bapak Muhammad Hamid batal untuk
dilakukan karena Bapak Muhammad Hamid diminta untuk
membantu proses transisi manajemen Perseroan.
Dengan demikian, sehubungan dengan belum diprosesnya
pengunduran diri beliau dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham, maka susunan Dewan Komisaris Perseroan hingga
saat ini tidak mengalami perubahan.
Referring to the Company’s Material Information or Fact
report dated on April 24, 2024 regarding the Resignation of
Commissioner of PT Radiant Utama Interinsco Tbk, Mr.
Muhammad Hamid, we hereby announced that the
resignation of Mr. Muhammad Hamid is cancelled as Mr.
Muhammad Hamid is requested to assist the transition
process of the management of the Company.
Therefore, because his resignation has not yet been
processed at the General Meeting of Shareholders, the
composition of the Company’s Board of Commissioners
remains unchanged until the publication of this letter.
