Perseroan akan menyampaikan materi presentasi Public Expose Tahunan kepada BEI selambatnya
pada tanggal 21 Juni 2024 serta akan memperhatikan ketentuan dan tata cara Public Expose
sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan I-E dimaksud.

In compliance with the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI or IDX) Regulation No: Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022
Regarding the Amendment of the Information Submission Obligation dated September 30, 2022 (Rule
I-E), part III.3 relating to the Public Expose Obligation, we would kindly inform our plan to convene the
