Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) atas
entitas anak perseroan yaitu PT Persada Alam Hijau (PAH)
kepada Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta
Pusat, dengan perkara Nomor 95/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. untuk PAH sebagai Termohon
PKPU.
Pada tanggal 20 Mei 2024, majelis hakim mengabulkan
permohonan PKPU TKP terhadap PAH dan menetapkan
status dalam PKPU Sementara selama 45 hari.
Perseroan menerima informasi tersebut pada tanggal 7 Juni
2024.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Permohonan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang ini
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan belum berdampak langsung pada kegiatan operasional,
