                                 NOTIFICATION

               ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS


It is hereby notified to all Shareholders of PT Indal Aluminium Industry Tbk (hereinafter
referred to as the Company), domiciled in Sidoarjo, that the Company will hold an
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM), on Thursday, 25 June 2026, located in
Surabaya.
In accordance with the provisions of the Company's Articles of Association and the
POJK no.15/POJK.04/2020 (regulations by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) concerning the
Shareholders General Meeting Plan and Arrangement, the Invitation and Agenda will be
announced on PT Bursa Efek Indonesia website, eASY.KSEI facility and Company's
website dated 3 June 2026.
The Shareholders entitled to attend and submit their votes in the AGM are whose names
recorded in the Register of Shareholders on 2 June 2026, up to 16.30 West Indonesia
Time.
Any proposal for the AGM agenda that is deemed fulfilling the requirements and dealing
directly with the Company, will be included in the agenda of the AGM, if it is submitted
in writing by one or more Shareholders no later than 27 May 2026.

Additional information:
The Company appeals to Shareholders to give power of attorney electronically (e-Proxy),
only through the KSEI Electronic General Meeting System (eASY.KSEI) facility
provided by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia, as a mechanism for granting power of
attorney in the process of organizing the e-AGM. This e-Proxy facility is available to
Shareholders (who are entitled to attend the AGM) starting from the date of the AGM
summons until 24 June 2026 (the day before the AGM).
