The Company Signs Term Sheet for a Mining Services Agreement — with PT Global Bara Mandiri. 3. | Uraian informasi atau Fakta Material lainnya yang relevan/ Details of information or other relevant Material Fact: Perseroan menandatangani Term Sheet Perjanjian Jasa Penambangan pada tanggal 5 Juni 2024 dengan PT Global Bara Mandiri, selaku pemegang Izin Usaha Pertambangan Operasi Produksi (IUP OP) yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Kapuas Tengah, Kabupaten Kapuas, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Dengan ruang lingkup pekerjaan antara lain sebagai berikut: @ Penggalian lapisan penutup @ Pengupasan batubara @ Pemuatan batubara Durasi pekerjaan berdasarkan Term Sheet adalah selama 8 (delapan) tahun, dimana durasi pekerjaan tersebut dapat diperpanjang, termasuk kontrak life of mine atas kesepakatan para pihak. With the scope of work which includes the Jollowing: @ Siripping overburden removal @ Coal getting @ Coal hauling The duration for work based on the Term Sheet is 8 (eight) years, where the duration of the work may be extended, including a life of mine contract based on an agreement between both parties.
