Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Merujuk kepada Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor
31/POJK.04/2015 tanggal 16 Desember 2015, tentang
Keterbukaan atas Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten
atau Perusahaan Publik, dengan ini, kami PT Puri Sentul
Permai Tbk bermaksud untuk menyampaikan Laporan
Informasi atau Fakta Material sebagai berikut:
Bahwa Perseroan melakukan pembagian Dividen Tunai Tahun
Buku 2023 kepada Para Pemegang Saham pada tanggal 5
Juni 2024.
Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan serta, dengan
mempertimbangkan antara lain kondisi keuangan dan rencana
bisnis ke depan, jumlah Dividen Tunai yang dibagikan kepada
pemegang saham secara keseluruhan adalah sebesar Rp
1.348.152.204,49- (satu miliar tiga ratus empat puluh delapan
juta seratus lima puluh dua ribu dua ratus empat, koma empat
puluh sembilan rupiah).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Berdasarkan uraian di atas, pelaksanaan Pembagian Dividen
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Tunai Tahun Buku 2023, tidak akan memberikan dampak
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

regarding Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by
Issuers or Public Companies, hereby, we PT Puri Sentul
Permai Tbk intend to submit a Report on Material Information
or Facts as follows:
That the Company distributed Cash Dividend for Financial
Year 2023 to the Shareholders on 5 June 2024.
Based on the calculations that have been carried out and,
taking into account, among others, the financial condition and
future business plans, the amount of Cash Dividends
distributed to shareholders in total is Rp 1,348,152,204.49-
(one billion three hundred forty-eight million one hundred fifty-
two thousand two hundred four, point forty-nine rupiah).
Impact of event, material information or Based on the above description, the implementation of the
facts towards Issuers or Public Cash Dividend for Financial Year 2023, will not have a material
Company’s operational activities, legal, impact on the operational activities, legal, financial condition,
financial condition, or going concern or business continuity of the Company.
