September 2022 tentang Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E
Tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, dengan ini kami
sampaikan pemberitahuan sebagai berikut:
1. PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) saat ini
telah menyiapkan dana untuk melunasi pokok dan bunga atas
Obligasi Berkelanjutan V Sarana Multigriya Finansial Tahap I
Tahun 2019 Seri C (SMF05CBN1) dengan Pokok Obligasi
sebesar Rp932.000.000.000,00 (sembilan ratus tiga puluh dua
miliar Rupiah) dan bunga sebesar Rp20.387.500.000,00 (dua
puluh miliar tiga ratus delapan puluh tujuh juta lima ratus ribu
Rupiah) yang jatuh tempo pada tanggal 04 Juli 2024;
2. PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) saat ini
telah menyiapkan dana untuk melunasi pokok dan bunga atas
Obligasi Berkelanjutan VI Sarana Multigriya Finansial Tahap I
Tahun 2021 Seri A (SMFP06ACN1) dengan Pokok Obligasi
sebesar Rp200.000.000.000,00 (dua ratus miliar Rupiah) dan
bunga sebesar Rp2.800.000.000,00 (dua miliar delapan ratus
juta Rupiah) yang jatuh tempo pada tanggal 08 Juli 2024;
3. PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) saat ini
telah menyiapkan dana untuk melunasi pokok dan bunga atas
Obligasi Berkelanjutan VII Sarana Multigriya Finansial Tahap I
Tahun 2023 Seri A (SMFP07ACN1) dengan Pokok Obligasi
sebesar Rp398.000.000.000,00 (tiga ratus sembilan puluh
delapan miliar Rupiah) dan bunga sebesar Rp6.080.555.556
(enam miliar delapan puluh juta lima ratus lima puluh lima ribu
lima ratus lima puluh enam Rupiah) yang jatuh tempo pada
tanggal 22 Juli 2024 dan;
4. Dana tersebut saat ini ditempatkan dalam bentuk
deposito.

Facts Number Kep00066/BEI/09-2022 dated 30 September 2022
regarding Amendments to Regulation Number I-E we hereby
provide the following notification:
1. PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) has currently
prepared funds to pay off the principal and interest on the
Shelf Registration Bonds V Phase I 2019 Serie A
(SMF05CBN1) with Bond Principal amounting to IDR
932,000,000,000.00 (nine hundred thirty-two billion Rupiah)
and interest of IDR 20,387,500,000.00 (twenty billion three
hundred eighty-seven million five hundred thousand Rupiah)
which matures on July 04, 2024;
2. PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) has currently
prepared funds to pay off the principal and interest on the
Shelf Registration Bonds Shelf Registration Bonds VI Phase I
2021 Serie A(SMFP06ACN1) with Bond Principal amounting to
IDR 200,000,000,000.00 (two hundred billion Rupiah) and
interest of IDR 2,800,000,000.00 (two billion eight hundred
million Rupiah) which is due on July 8, 2024;
3. PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) has currently
prepared funds to pay off the principal and interest on the
Shelf Registration Bonds Shelf Registration Bonds VII Phase I
2023 Serie A (SMFP07ACN1) with Bond Principal of IDR
398,000,000,000.00 (three hundred and ninety eight billion
Rupiah) and interest amounting to IDR 6,080,555,556 (six
billion eighty million five hundred fifty-five thousand five
hundred and fifty-six Rupiah) which matures on July 22, 2024
and;
4. These funds are currently placed in time deposits
