Project Pipeline in Renewable Energy
Built on decades of operational experience in manufacturing, the Company has strategically
transitioned into clean energy through targeted investments and partnerships, positioning itself to
capture long-term opportunities in Indonesia’s energy transition.

           WASTE TO ENERGY POWER PLANT
           • Seeking to participate in the Waste-to-Energy projects under PT Danantara Investment
               Management.
           • Greater project certainty, under Presidential Regulation No. 109/2025, through secured land
allocation, power purchase tariff arrangements, and guaranteed waste supply.
           • Waste-to-energy converts municipal waste into electricity, reducing landfill dependency while
generating renewable power and supporting circular economy initiatives in urban areas.

           MINI HYDRO POWER PLANT
           • Currently undergoing due diligence for hydro power plant projects across Java.
           • Hydropower provides stable baseload renewable energy with low operating costs and long
asset lifespans (30–50 years), making it a reliable contributor to Indonesia’s energy mix.
           • Has secured offtake for electricity, improved production efficiency, and well-positioned for further
               development potential.
