Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dengan ini kami menyampaikan kronologis kendala
pengiriman laporan XBRL PT Danareksa (Persero) pada
tanggal 3 hingga 4 Juni 2024, sebagai berikut:
1. Pada tanggal 3 Juni 2024, kami telah melakukan upload
data ke system XBRL, dengan status terakhir on progress
validation, hingga akhir hari pk. 18.45.
2. Pada tanggal 4 Juni 2024, pukul 8:30 kami melakukan
mengupload Kembali ke dalam system XBRL, namun status
XBRL masih sama yaitu on progress validation sehingga kami
tidak bisa melakukan proses submit XBRL secara sempurna.
Dalam kedua proses di atas, kami telah berkomunikasi PIC
BEI Ibu Nurmila.
3. Pada pk. 12.24, kami telah berkomunikasi dengan pihak BEI
agar tidak di anggap terlambat menyampaikan laporan XBRL
4. Informasi yang kami peroleh dari BEI bahwa BEI masih
menunggu vendor terkait status on progress validation yang
belum selesai (pending)
5. Pihak Bursa Efek Indonesia memberikan solusi atas
permasalahan tersebut dapat mengisi form E019, hingga
XBRL selesai diperbaiki permasalahannya oleh vendor BEI
6. Kami juga mengirimkan email ke listing@idx.co.id serta
helpdesk_ereporting@idx.co.id terkait kendala ini.

Description of Material Information or Herewith, we provide the chronology of the XBRL report
Facts submission issue faced by PT Danareksa (Persero) from June
3 to June 4, 2024, as follows:
1. On June 3, 2024, we uploaded data to the XBRL system
with the status On Progress Validation until the end of the day
at 6:45 PM.
2. On June 4, 2024, at 8:30 AM, we attempted to upload again
to the XBRL system, but the status remained On Progress
Validation, preventing us from completing the XBRL
submission process seamlessly. During both processes, we
communicated with BEI PIC, Ms. Nurmila.
3. At 12:24 PM, we communicated with BEI to ensure our
XBRL report would not be considered late.
4. Information received from BEI indicates that they are still
awaiting resolution from the vendor regarding the ongoing On
Progress Validation status (pending).
5. Bursa Efek Indonesia provided a solution: we can fill out
form E019 until the XBRL issue is resolved by the BEI vendor.
6. We also sent an email to listing@idx.co.id and
helpdesk_ereporting@idx.co.id regarding this issue.
Additionally, we present the summarized Audited Consolidated
Financial Statements for the Company as of December 31,
2023:
Operating Revenue: Rp11.823,6 Billion
