regarding the request for an explanation regarding the volatility of securities transactions, the following is our
explanation:
1. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai

5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk
rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak
dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?
Does the Company have plans to take corporate action soon, including corporate plans that will result
e listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (at least in the next 3 months)?
Jawaban:
Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk
rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa.
The Company does not have plans to take corporate action soon, including corporate plans that will
result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange
6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini,
mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama
dalam menjawabkonfirmasi tersebut.
The main shareholder's plans are related to their share ownership in the Company. In this case, please
ask the Corporate Secretary to ask the main shareholders first to answer the confirmation.

Kami mohon hal tersebut dikonfirmasikan juga kepada pemegang saham mayoritas untuk antisipasi
kemungkinanadanya transaksi tertentu yang akan dilakukan pemegang saham mayoritas.
We also ask that this be confirmed with the majority shareholder to anticipate the possibility of
certain transactions that will be carried out by the majority shareholder.
