                              ANNOUNCEMENT
                  ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
                            FOR 2025 FISCAL YEAR
                          PT MD Entertainment Tbk

Hereby announced to the shareholders of PT MD Entertainment Tbk ("the Company”) that the Company will
convene Annual General Mee ng of Shareholders for 2024 Fiscal Year (“Mee ng”) on 24 June 2026.

Pursuant to the Financial Services Authority Regula on No. 15/POJK. 04/2020 on the Plan and Procedure for
General Mee ng of Shareholders of the Public Company ("POJK 15/2020") we can convey the following things
:

1. Invita on for the Mee ng will be announced on Indonesia Stock Exchange’s (“BEI”) website, The Indonesia
   Central Securi es Depository's (“KSEI”) eASY.KSEI applica on and the Company's website on 2 June 2026
   ("Mee ng Invita on").
2. In accordance to ar cle 23 of POJK 15/2020, shareholders who are en tled to a end or be represented at
   the Mee ng are the shareholders whose names are recorded in the Register of Shareholders of the Company
   on 29 May 2026 un l 16:00 Western Indonesian Time, and the shareholders of the Company shares at the
   sub-securi es account of KSEI on the closing date of trading on the BEI on 29 May 2026 ("Shareholder").
3. In accordance to ar cle 16 of POJK 15/2020 juncto ar cle 10 paragraph 7 of the Company's Ar cles of
   Associa on, Shareholders who own 1/20 (one-twen eth) or more of the total number of shares with valid
   vo ng rights may submit the proposal for agenda of the Mee ng to the Board of Directors of the Company
   no later than 7 (seven) calendar days prior to the date of the Mee ng Invita on or on 26 May 2026.
4. The Company intends to hold the Mee ng using electronic facili es in accordance to The Financial Services
   Authority Regula on No. 16/POJK.04/2020 concerning Implementa on of General Mee ng of Shareholder
   of Public Company Electronically. The Company will convey detailed informa on regarding the grant of
   power of a orney and other procedures related to holding the Mee ng in the Mee ng Invita on.
