Program (“MESOP”) II PT BUKALAPAK.COM Tbk (the “Company”)
Melalui surat ini, kami atas nama Perseroan, menyampaikan informasi sebagaimana disyaratkan
dalam (i) Peraturan OJK No. 14/POJK.04/2019 tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan OJK No.
32/POJK.04/2015 tentang Penambahan Modal Perusahaan Terbuka dengan Memberikan Hak
Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu ("POJK 14/2019"), (ii) Peraturan I-A Surat Keputusan Direksi
BEI No. Kep-00045/BEI/03-2026 Tahun 2026 tentang Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-A
tentang Pencatatan Saham dan Efek Bersifat Ekuitas Selain Saham yang Diterbitkan oleh
Perusahaan Tercatat (“Peraturan I-A”), dan (iii) Surat Edaran BEI No. SE-00002/BEI/03-
2020 tentang Tata Cara Pelaksanaan Program Kepemilikan Saham (“SE 02/2020”), sebagai
berikut:
Through this letter, on behalf of the Company, we submit the information as required in (i) OJK
Regulation No. 14/POJK.04/2019 concerning Amendments to OJK Regulation No.
32/POJK.04/2015 concerning Increase in Capital of Public Companies by Granting Pre-
emptive Rights (“POJK 14/2019”), (ii) Regulation I-A Decree of the Board of Directors of the
IDX No. Kep-00045/BEI/03-2026 Year 2026 concerning Amendment to Rule Number I-A
concerning Listing of Shares and Equity Securities Other Than Shares Issued by Listed
Companies (“Rule I-A”), and (iii) IDX Circular Letter No. SE-00002/BEI/03-2020 concerning
Procedures for Implementation of the Share Ownership Program (“SE 02/2020”), as follows:

This disclosure is made in connection with
MESOP II, referring to the IDX Letter No. S-
05016/BEI.PP2/06-2023 dated June 26th,
2023, concerning the Approval for the Listing
of Securities in the Context of MESOP II, as
previously announced by the IDX through
Exchange Announcement No. Peng-
ESP00005/BEI.PP2/07-2023 on the website
www.idx.co.id page (“Pre-Listing
Approval”).
Hasil MESOP II Tahun 2026 dengan periode
pelaksanaan terhitung sejak tanggal 1 April
2026 sampai dengan tanggal 18 Mei 2026
(“Periode Pelaksanaan”) adalah sebagai
berikut:/
The results of MESOP II for the year 2026,
with the exercise period commencing on April
1, 2026 and ending on May 18, 2026 (the
“Exercise Period”), are as follows:
a. Jumlah opsi yang telah dilaksanakan
sebanyak nihil./ The number of options
that has been exercised is nil.
b. Jumlah opsi yang belum dilaksanakan dan
masih berlaku sebanyak-banyaknya
4.019.592.620 saham. / The number of
options that have not been implemented
and are still valid is a maximum amount of
up to 4.019.592.620 shares.
c. Jumlah opsi yang belum dilaksanakan dan
habis masa berlakunya sebanyak nihil./ The
number of options that have not been
exercised and have expired is nil.
Pelaksanaan MESOP II Perseroan akan
dilaksanakan sesuai dengan tanggal vesting
yang disepakati antara peserta dan Perseroan./
