Program (“MESOP”) I PT BUKALAPAK.COM Tbk (the “Company”)
Melalui surat ini, kami atas nama Perseroan, menyampaikan informasi sebagaimana disyaratkan
dalam (i) Peraturan OJK No. 14/POJK.04/2019 tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan OJK No.
32/POJK.04/2015 tentang Penambahan Modal Perusahaan Terbuka dengan Memberikan Hak
Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu ("POJK 14/2019"), (ii) Peraturan I-A Surat Keputusan Direksi
BEI No. Kep-00045/BEI/03-2026 Tahun 2026 tentang Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-A
tentang Pencatatan Saham dan Efek Bersifat Ekuitas Selain Saham yang Diterbitkan oleh
Perusahaan Tercatat (“Peraturan I-A”), dan (iii) Surat Edaran BEI No. SE-00002/BEI/03-
2020 tentang Tata Cara Pelaksanaan Program Kepemilikan Saham (“SE 02/2020”), sebagai
berikut:
Through this letter, on behalf of the Company, we submit the information as required in (i) OJK
Regulation No. 14/POJK.04/2019 concerning Amendments to OJK Regulation No.
32/POJK.04/2015 concerning Increase in Capital of Public Companies by Granting Pre-
emptive Rights (“POJK 14/2019”), (ii) Regulation I-A Decree of the Board of Directors of the
IDX No. Kep-00045/BEI/03-2026 Year 2026 concerning Amendment to Rule Number I-A
concerning Listing of Shares and Equity Securities Other Than Shares Issued by Listed
Companies (“Rule I-A”), and (iii) IDX Circular Letter No. SE-00002/BEI/03-2020 concerning
Procedures for Implementation of the Share Ownership Program (“SE 02/2020”), as follows:

Pra-Pencatatan”)./
This disclosure is made in connection with
MESOP II, referring to the IDX Letter No. S-
07358/BEI.PP2/10-2021 dated October 8th,
2021, concerning the Approval for the Listing
of Securities in the Context of MESOP I, as
previously announced by the IDX through
Exchange Announcement No. Peng-P-
01603/BEI.PP2/10-2021 on the website
www.idx.co.id page (“Pre-Listing
Approval”).
Hasil pelaksanaan MESOP I Tahun 2026 untuk
periode pelaksanaan yang berlangsung sejak
tanggal 1 April 2026 sampai dengan 18 Mei
2026 (“Periode Pelaksanaan”) adalah
sebagai berikut:/
The results of the implementation of 2026
MESOP I for the exercise period commencing
on April 1, 2026 and ending on May 18, 2026
(the “Exercise Period”), are as follows:
a. Jumlah opsi yang telah dilaksanakan
selama Periode Pelaksanaan adalah
sebanyak 18.384.700 opsi./ The number of
options that exercised during the Exercise
Period was 18,384,700 options.
b. Jumlah opsi yang belum dilaksanakan
sampai dengan berakhirnya Periode
Pelaksanaan dan karenanya telah berakhir
masa berlakunya adalah sebanyak
4.955.273.737 opsi./ The number of options
that remained unexercised as of the end of
the Exercise Period and, accordingly,
expired was 4,955,273,737 options.
Selanjutnya, perlu ditegaskan bahwa Periode
Pelaksanaan tersebut merupakan periode
pelaksanaan terakhir dalam MESOP I. Dengan
demikian, seluruh opsi dalam MESOP I yang

belum dilaksanakan sampai dengan
berakhirnya Periode Pelaksanaan dinyatakan
telah berakhir dan tidak dapat dilaksanakan
lagi./
The Company further confirms that the
Exercise Period constituted the final exercise
period under MESOP I. Accordingly, all
options under MESOP I that were not
exercised by the end of the Exercise Period
have expired and may no longer be exercised.
