kesempatan kali ini, Ibu Gamansih menyampaikan mengenai layanan Toschat
Omnichannel dan layanan Jastrack, sebuah layanan IoT yang akan memudahkan
para perusahaan untuk menjalankan usahanya. Omnichannel adalah strategi bisnis

Layanan Jastrack (Temukenali, Rekam, Analisa, Kawal) yang disediakan oleh
entitas usaha Jasnita, yaitu Jast Indonesia Aman, merupakan layanan dimana,
CCTV tersebut akan diberi keamanan, yang dapat melakukan video analytics,
thermal human detection, parking time control, visitor counting, animal counting,
fire/smoke detection, license plate recognition, dan lainnya, sehingga dapat
membantu memudahkan pihak keamanan dalam mengelola ratusan bahkan ribuan
CCTV.

Selain itu, Bapak Ali Pujaistopo dari PT Wowrack Indonesia menyampaikan
mengenai pentingnya cyber security untuk smartcity dan manage security services.

Melihat antusiasme pelaksanaan webinar kali ini, diharapkan webinar ini dapat
menyediakan forum bagi Pemerintah Daerah untuk mendapatkan wawasan
mengenai kebutuhan industri dan memberikan klarifikasi mengenai kebijakan atau
regulasi yang mungkin mempengaruhi sektor IoT dan aplikasi. Selain itu, bagi pelaku
usaha untuk mendapatkan wawasan mengenai arah pasar, kebutuhan pelanggan,

The enthusiasm of the Regional Government and Company in participating in
the Webinar PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk.

PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk. as an IoT organizer, it has held a webinar on
Automating City and Company Management with IoT and Applications, which was
also attended by more than 400 participants from Regional Governments and Private
Companies in Indonesia. Speakers who attended shared knowledge and experience
in this webinar, including:
a.Samuel Abrijani Pangerapan (Director General of Information Applications –
Ministry of Communication and Information);
b. Aju Widya Sari, ST, MT (Director of Telecommunications – Ministry of
Communication and Information) represented by Mr. Sukirman, Head of the
Telecommunications Ecosystem Handling Team, Ministry of Communication and
Information, Directorate General of PPI, Directorate of Telecommunications;
c. Gamansih Mahanani (GM Sales Omnichannel & Communication, PT Jasnita
Telekomindo, Tbk).
d. Ali Nugraha Pujaistopo (Cyber ​ ​ Security Product Lead PT Wowrack Indonesia);

On the occasion of this webinar, Mr. Semuel Abrijani representing the Government,
in this case the Indonesian Ministry of Communication & Information, conveyed
several things such as:
1.The rapid growth of online platforms in the digital space needs to be supported by
a set of rules. There are three regulations that regulate online platforms operating in
Indonesia.
2. The government as a regulator provides at least three regulations, namely RI Law
No. 19/2016 concerning ITE, PP 71/2019 concerning PSTE, and most recently PM
Kominfo 5/2020 concerning private sector PSE.
3. Regarding the implementation of electronic systems and transactions,
implementing regulations for the ITE Law, namely PP 71/2019 concerning PSTE,
were created

On the other hand, Mr. Sukirman, Director General of PPI Kominfor RI, said that it is
hoped that this digital transformation can become the basis for Towards a Golden
Indonesia 2045, so that Business Actors and Regional Governments can help
strengthen the foundations of transformation. PM Kominfo RI 5/2021 mandates that
IoT connectivity providers must have a Data Communications (Siskomdat) license or
collaborate with the Siskomdat organizer. In this case, PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk.
has had a Siskomdat permit from the Republic of Indonesia's Kominfo since 2019.
The Republic of Indonesia's Kominfo continues to invite business actors or

telecommunications operators to contribute to the development of the digital industry
and ecosystem.

Another speaker who also shared insights was GM Gamansih Mahanani (GM Sales
Omnichannel & Communication, PT Jasnita Telekomindo, Tbk). On this occasion,
Mrs. Gamansih conveyed the Toschat Omnichannel service and Jastrack service, an
IoT service that will make it easier for companies to run their businesses.
Omnichannel is a business strategy that integrates various service channels such as
Voice, Email, Whatsapp, Facebook and Instagram as well as live chat on one
platform, so that you can compete with thousands or even tens of thousands of other

provided with security, which can carry out video analytics, thermal human detection,
parking time control, visitor counting, animal counting, fire/smoke detection, license
plate recognition, and others, so that it can help make it easier for security forces to
manage hundreds or even thousands of CCTVs.

Apart from that, Mr. Ali Pujaistopo from PT Wowrack Indonesia conveyed the
importance of cyber security for smart cities and managing security services.

Seeing the enthusiasm in implementing this webinar, it is hoped that this webinar
can provide a forum for Regional Governments to gain insight into industry needs
and provide clarification regarding policies or regulations that may affect the IoT and
application sector. Apart from that, business actors can gain insight into market
direction, customer needs, and potential growth areas for IoT solutions and
applications. So that in future, it can become the foundation for the development of
the digital ecosystem in Indonesia.
