       Setelah paparan materi Public Expose acara dilanjutkan dengan tanya-jawab, adapun pertanyaan
       dan tanggapan/jawaban manajemen adalah sebagai berikut:

       1. Ibu Zetta – wartawan IDN Financials
          1) Berapa Capex yang dianggarkan Perseroan untuk tahun 2024?
          2) Berapa jumlah nasabah OLT Youtrade tahun 2023 dan target di tahun 2024?
          3) Target di tahun 2024?

          Tanggapan/Jawaban:

          1) Perseroan belum secara rinci menganggarkan nilai Capex yang akan di pakai untuk
             tahun 2024. Namun demikian tujuan daripada pemakaian Capex adalah untuk Investasi
             lebih lanjut pengembangan YouTrade, Online Trading dari Perseroan yang akan
             digunakan sesuai dengan permintaan dari para nasabah sehingga Online Trading
             YouTrade dapat bersaing dengan para kompetitor di bidang online trading.

              Alokasi dari Capex juga digunakan untuk melakukan underwriting untuk deal-deal besar
              di bagian Investment Banking division.

          2) Berikut adalah nilai transaksi dan jumlah nasabah YouTrade beserta perkembangannya
             sampai dengan target di tahun 2024:

              ➢ Nasabah YouTrade per 31 Des 2022 : 92 , dengan transaksi sebesar Rp.
                1.987.787.873,-
              ➢ Nasabah YouTrade per 31 Des 2023 : 125, dengan transaksi sebesar Rp.
                5.435.161.944,-

                 Target nasabah YouTrade di tahun 2024 : 200, dengan target Transaksi di tahun 2024
                 sebesar Rp. 10.000.000.000,-.

          3) Perseroan menghadapi tantangan cukup berat di tahun 2023 dan masih berlanjut di
             tahun 2024 ini dimana pendapatan dari Wakil Perantara Perdagangan Efek turun drastis
             di tahun 2023 dibanding tahun 2022. Hal ini disebabkan oleh adanya kebijakan Fed
             Reserve untuk menaikan suku bunga yang berdampak di pasar global maupun pasar
             lokal sehingga para investor mengalihkan investasi mereka ke pada instrumen investasi
             yang lebih menjanjikan. Jadi target pencapaian tahun 2024 ini semata-mata ingin recover
             pendapatan yang telah dicapai Perseroan di tahun 2022 yaitu sekitar Rp 2 Miliar untuk
             pendapatan di divisi Perantara Pedangan Emisi. Demikian Perseroan berharap kwartal
             III dan IV kondisi pasar modal Indonesia akan berangsur pulih.

       2. Bapak Luther – wartawan IDN Financials
          1) Berapa Nilai Investasi Perseroan di PT. Tanjung Lesung Resort ?
          2) Apakah nantinya PT. Tanjung Lesung Resort dikonsolidasikan ke pembukuan Perseroan ?
          3) Apakah akuisisi saham PT. Tanjung Lesung Resort merupakan expansi bisnis dari PT.
             Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia, Tbk di bidang properti ?

         Tanggapan/Jawaban:

         1) Nilai Investasi Perseroan di PT. Tanjung Lesung Resort adalah sebesar Rp 55 Miliar dan
            sudah dibayarkan seluruhnya. Namun sehubungan dengan belum terlaksananya Akta
            Jual Beli Saham antara pihak pembeli dan penjual, transaksi ini masih trercatat sebagai
            uang muka investasi. Segera setelah Akta Jual Beli terlaksana, Perseroan baru
            membukukannya sebagai Investasi saham.
         2) Ya, setelah Akta Jual Beli selesai, berarti PT. Tanjung Lesung Resort secara resmi
            menjadi subsidiari company dari PT. Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia, Tbk. Dengan demikian
            Laporan keuangan dari PT. Tanjung Lesung Resort akan dikonsolidasikan ke laporan
            keuangan PT. Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia, Tbk
         3) PT. Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia, Tbk akan tetap berfokus kepada core bisnis di bidang
            Sekuritas sesuai dengan license yang dimiliki Perseroan yaitu sebagai Wakli Perantrara
            Pedagang Efek ( WPPE , Brokerage ) dan sebagai Wakil Penjamin Emisi Efek ( WPEE,
            Investment Banking ) karena memang bukan expertise PT. Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia,
            Tbk untuk bergerak di bidang usaha properti. Jadi pengembangan maupun strategi
            marketing dll kami serahkan kepada PT. Tanjung Lesung Resort untuk pengembangan
            bisnis mereka.

       After the presentation of the Public Expose material, the event continued with questions and
       answers, the questions and management responses/answers were as follows:

          1) How much Capex has the Company budgeted for 2024?
          2) What is the number of Youtrade OLT customers in 2023 and the target in 2024?
          3) Target in 2024?


         Response/Answer:
        1)    The Company has not yet specifically budgeted the value of Capex that will be used for
             2024. However, the purpose of using Capex is to invest in further development of YouTrade,
             Online Trading from the Company which will be used according to requests from customers
             so that YouTrade Online Trading can compete with competitors in the field of online trading.

             The allocation from Capex is also used to carry out underwriting for large deals in the
             Investment Banking division.

        2) The following is the transaction value and number of YouTrade customers and their progress
           up to the target in 2024:

        ➢ YouTrade customers as of Dec 31, 2022: 92, with transactions amounting to Rp.
          1,987,787,873,-
        ➢ YouTrade customers as of Dec 31, 2023: 125, with transactions amounting to Rp.
          5,435,161,944,-

             YouTrade customer target in 2024: 200, with a transaction target in 2024 of IDR.
             10,000,000,000,-.

        3) The Company faces quite serious challenges in 2023 and will continue in 2024 where
           income from Securities Trading Broker Representatives falls drastically in 2023 compared
           to 2022. This is due to the Fed Reserve's policy of increasing interest rates which has an
           impact on the global market and local markets so that investors divert their investments to
           more promising investment instruments. So the achievement target in 2024 is simply to
           recover the income that the Company has achieved in 2022, namely around IDR 2 billion
           for income in the Emissions Brokerage division. Thus, the Company hopes that in the third
           and fourth quarters the condition of the Indonesian capital market will gradually recover.

         1) What is the Value of the Company's Investment in PT. Tanjung Lesung Resort?
         2) Will PT. Tanjung Lesung Resort consolidated into the Company's books?
         3) Is the acquisition of shares in PT. Tanjung Lesung Resort is a business expansion of PT.
             Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia, Tbk in the property sector?

        Response/Answer:

        1) Company Investment Value in PT. Tanjung Lesung Resort is IDR 55 billion and has been
           paid in full. However, due to the fact that the Deed of Sale and Purchase of Shares between
           the buyer and seller has not yet been implemented, this transaction is still recorded as a
           down payment for investment. As soon as the Deed of Sale and Purchase is executed, the
           Company records it as a share investment.
        2) Yes, after the Sale and Purchase Deed is completed, it means that PT. Tanjung Lesung
           Resort officially becomes a subsidiary company of PT. Yulie Securities Indonesia, Tbk.
           Thus the financial report from PT. Tanjung Lesung Resort will be consolidated into the
           financial statements of PT. Yulie Securities Indonesia, Tbk
        3) PT. Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia, Tbk will continue to focus on the core business in the
           Securities sector in accordance with the license the Company has, namely as Deputy
           Securities Dealer Agent (WPPE, Brokerage) and as Deputy Underwriter (WPEE,
           Investment Banking) because it is not PT's expertise. Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia, Tbk to
           operate in the property business sector. So we leave the development and marketing
           strategy etc. to PT. Tanjung Lesung Resort for their business development.
