pengunduran diri Bapak Faiz Achmad dan Bapak Hidayatullah
Information Description
Suralaga dari jabatannya masing-masing selaku Komisaris
Independen.
Pengunduran diri tersebut akan efektif setelah diputuskan
dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham yang akan
diselenggarakan pada tanggal 27 Juni 2024.
On 5 June 2024, the Company received a letter of resignation
from Mr. Faiz Achmad dan Mr. Hidayatullah Suralaga from their
respective positions as Independent Commissioners.
The resignation will be effective after it is decided in the
General Meeting of Shareholders which will be held on 27 June
2024.
