Keputusan Direksi Bursa Efek Indonesia No. KEP-00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30 September 2022
perihal Perubahan Peraturan No. I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi (“Peraturan BEI
No. I-E”), dengan ini, kami, PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk. (“Perseroan”) bermaksud untuk
menyampaikan Laporan Informasi atau Fakta Material sebagai berikut:
In order to comply with OJK Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 dated 16 December 2015 regarding
Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by the Issuers or Public Companies (“POJK 31”) and
Directors Decree of Indonesia Stock Exchange No. KEP-00066/BEI/09-2022 dated 30 September 2022
regarding the Amendment to Regulation No. I-E on the Obligation to Submit Information (“IDX
Regulation No. I-E”), we, PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk. (the “Company”) hereby intend to submit the
Report on Material Information or Facts as follows:

Bidang Usaha / Scope of Business : Pengembangan, pengelolaan dan penyewaan properti
terpadu yang meliputi apartemen, perumahan, perhotelan,
perkantoran, pertokoan, pusat perbelanjaan dan pusat
rekreasi beserta fasilitasnya melalui Perseroan atau anak
perusahaan Perseroan.
Development, management and lease of integrated properties
which include apartments, housing, hotels, offices, stores,
shopping centers and recreation centers and its facilities
through the Company or its subsidiaries.

3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta : Dengan merujuk pada POJK 31 dan Peraturan BEI No. I-E,
Material / Description of Perseroan dengan ini memberitahukan bahwa Perseroan,
Material Information or Facts melalui APL Realty Holdings Pte. Ltd., anak perusahaan
yang seluruh sahamnya dimiliki oleh Perseroan, yang
didirikan berdasarkan hukum negara Singapura (“APL
Realty”), telah melakukan pembayaran kembali dan
pelunasan secara penuh (baik secara langsung maupun
tidak langsung) atas seluruh jumlah terhutang
berdasarkan atau sehubungan dengan Senior Notes dengan
bunga 5,95% yang jatuh tempo pada Juni 2024 yang
diterbitkan oleh APL Realty (“Pelunasan Senior Notes”).
With reference to POJK 31 and IDX Regulation No. I-E, the
Company hereby notifies that the Company, through APL
Realty Holding Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in the
Republic of Singapore wholly owned by the Company (“APL
Realty”), has fully repaid and settled (whether directly or
indirectly) all of the outstanding amount payable based on
or in respect of the 5.95% Senior Notes Due in June 2024
issued by APL Realty (the “Settlement of Senior Notes”).
4. Dampak kejadian, informasi : Pelunasan Senior Notes tidak memiliki dampak negatif
atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan
terhadap Emiten atau atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan dan selanjutnya akan

5. Keterangan lain-lain / Other : Laporan ini dilakukan oleh Perseroan untuk menjalankan
Information tata kelola perusahaan yang baik dan untuk memenuhi
ketentuan POJK 31.
This report is carried out by the Company to implement good
corporate governance and to fulfill the provisions of POJK 31.

This report is made in the Indonesian and English language versions. In the event of any discrepancies
