         'Pancasila is the Soul of Unifying the Nation', Elnusa Group
              Commemorates Pancasila's Birthday 1 June 2024
Jakarta, 1 June 2024 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), which is part of
the Pertamina Upstream Subholding, held a solemn ceremony to commemorate the Birth of Pancasila at Graha Elnusa Field,
Jakarta. This ceremony was led directly by Elnusa's Main Director, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, who acted as ceremony
inspector.

The commemoration of Pancasila's Birthday in 2024 has the theme "Pancasila is the Soul of Unifying the Nation Towards a
Golden Indonesia 2045". This theme contains the meaning that Pancasila unites us with all differences in ethnicity, religion,
culture and language in welcoming 100 years of advanced, independent and sovereign Golden Indonesia.

The ceremony, which was attended by the Board of Directors, Management and Officers of the Elnusa Group, was filled
with the reading of the Pancasila text led by Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, as well as singing the national anthem Indonesia Raya
and reading prayers to ask for blessings and safety for the company and the Indonesian people. Inspector of Ceremonies,
Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja delivered the ceremonial address of the head of the Pancasila ideology development body of the
Republic of Indonesia. Bachtiar emphasized the importance of Pancasila values as the basis and ideology of the state, as
well as moral guidance in carrying out every company activity.

"We must always embody and guide Pancasila so that it becomes a working ideology, whose presence and benefits are felt
by all of Indonesia. "Apart from regulations that are based on the spirit and soul of Pancasila, we also need examples that
are reflected in the ethics, integrity and character of Indonesian leaders and people," said Bachtiar.

Ending his speech, Bachtiar invited all components to work together to care for the gift of Pancasila through the
commemoration of Pancasila's Birthday. “We must work together and collaborate to maintain harmony and integrity as a
form of implementing the values of Pancasila. "Hopefully this commemoration of the Birth of Pancasila can inspire all of us
to continue practicing Pancasila for the sake of an Indonesia that is advanced, just, prosperous and dignified on the world
stage," concluded Bachtiar.
