           Collaboration between Elnusa and PHE Jambi Merang for
                      Management of Gas Plant Facilities
Jakarta, 31 May 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) which
is part of the Pertamina Upstream Subholding, in collaboration with Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) Jambi Merang
has carried out the Project Turn Around Kick Off Meeting Jambi Merang Gas Plant which was implemented in
Semarang on (17/05).

Carrying the theme "No Incident, No Spill, No Mistake", this event emphasizes the commitment of both
companies to high work safety standards in operational activities. This Kick Off Meeting is the first step in a series
of important Turn Around processes which will be carried out at the Sungai Kenawang Gas Plant and Pulai Gading
Gas Plant facilities in the Jambi Merang Block.

Also present on this occasion was Jambi Merang Field Manager, Satrio Mursabdo, who stated, "This Turn Around
project is a strategic step to ensure the reliability of PHE Jambi Merang production facilities. By carrying out
mine equipment maintenance, we hope to achieve better and more efficient performance," Satrio said.

Elnusa's Main Director, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja said, "This Turn Around program is clear evidence of Elnusa's
contribution in supporting safe and efficient operations. This program not only aims to improve technical and
operational efficiency, but also to ensure that all processes carried out meet work safety standards. "This
collaboration is an important milestone in our efforts to continue to innovate in production facility infrastructure
management."

Bachtiar added, "We believe that with close cooperation between Elnusa and PHE Jambi Merang, we will be able
to achieve the targets that have been set. This step is also part of our long-term commitment to provide
maximum contribution to the growth of the country's energy sector ," concluded Bachtiar.
