Transaksi antara Perseroan dengan PT Ekosistem Kreatif Indonesia dikategorikan sebagai transaksi afiliasi
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam POJK 42/2020, karena Perseroan dan PT Ekosistem Kreatif Indonesia dikendalikan
secara langsung oleh pihak yang sama yaitu PT CT Corpora.
Alasan dan Latar Belakang
Sebagai bagian dari PT CT Corpora, Perseroan melihat bahwa sinergi dan efisiensi dapat lebih ditingkatkan dalam
pelayanan terpadu dalam satu atap, hal ini tentunya dapat lebih meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap nasabah, selain itu
upaya tersebut diharapkan akan memberikan manfaat dari sisi finansial terhadap Perseroan.
Untuk transaksi yang sama apabila dilakukan dengan pihak yang tidak terafiliasi tidak akan menghasilkan manfaat yang
sama bilamana transaksi dilakukan dengan pihak terafiliasi mengingat adanya faktor sinergi dan sisi finansial sehingga
dapat tercapai peningkatan pelayanan nasabah sebagaimana yang diharapkan.
Demikian laporan ini disampaikan dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan POJK No. 42/2020 tentang Transaksi Afiliasi dan
Transaksi Benturan Kepentingan.

 In compliance with reporting requirements based on Financial Services Authority Regulation No.42/POJK.04/2020
 ("POJK 42/2020") concerning Affiliate Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions, we hereby submit the affiliate
 transaction report as follows:
 Transaction Object
 On May 31, 2024, PT. Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk ( Company ) and PT Ekosistem Creative Indonesia have signed a
 Working Order for sponsorship cooperation in the implementation of the 2024 Allo Bank Festival event with No.
 WO/001/CL-ALLO/24.
 Transaction Value
 The maximum transaction value for this sponsorship collaboration is IDR 3,810,000,000.00 (three billion eight hundred
 and ten million rupiah) excluding VAT.
 Taking into account the Company's paid-up capital as of March 31, 2024 which was recorded at IDR
 2,173,025,644,200.00 (two trillion one hundred seventy three billion twenty five million six hundred forty four thousand
 two hundred rupiah), then the total estimated maximum transaction is IDR 3,810,000,000.00 does not exceed 0.5%
 (zero point five percent) of the Company's paid-up capital or does not exceed the amount of Rp. 5,000,000,000.00 (five
 billion rupiah). Thus, the Company is only required to report to the Financial Services Authority no later than the end of
 the 2nd (second) working day after the transaction occurs.

Nature of Affiliate Relationship with the Company
Transactions between the Company and PT Ekosistem Creative Indonesia are categorized as affiliated transactions as
intended in POJK 42/2020, because the Company and PT Ekosistem Creative Indonesia are controlled directly by the
same party, namely PT CT Corpora.
Reason and Background
As part of PT CT Corpora, the Company sees that synergy and efficiency can be further improved in integrated services
under one roof, this can of course further improve service to customers, apart from that, this effort is expected to provide
financial benefits to the Company.
For the same transaction, if carried out with an unaffiliated party, it will not produce the same benefits as if the
transaction was carried out with an affiliated party, considering the existence of synergy factors and the financial side so
that customer service improvement can be achieved as expected.
Thus, this report is submitted in order to comply with the provisions of POJK No. 42/2020 concerning Affiliate
Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions.
