material tersebut terhadap kegiatan penandatanganan Kontrak ini. Secara keuangan, kontrak ini
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, membawa dampak positif bagi keuangan Perseroan karena
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau akan meningkatkan pendapatan Perseroan dan juga
Perusahaan Publik berdampak positif terhadap kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
