                                      ANNOUNCEMENT
                           TO SHAREHOLDERS OF THE COMPANY




The Board of Directors of PT JEMBO CABLE COMPANY Tbk (the “Company”) hereby
announces to the shareholders of the Company that the Company will convene its Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGMS”) on Wednesday, June 24, 2026.

Pursuant to Article 23 paragraph (2) of Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
15/POJK.04/2020 concerning the Plan and Implementation of General Meetings of
Shareholders of Public Companies, shareholders who are entitled to attend or be
represented at the Meeting are those whose names are registered in the Register of
Shareholders of the Company on Friday, May 29, 2026, until the closing of stock trading
on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on such date (“Shareholders”).

Pursuant to Article 17 and Article 52 paragraphs (1) and (3) of Financial Services Authority
Regulation No. 15/POJK.04/2020 concerning the Plan and Implementation of General
Meetings of Shareholders of Public Companies, the invitation for the Meeting will be
announced through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, the Company’s website, and
eASY.KSEI on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 (“Meeting Invitation”).

In accordance with Article 16 of Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 15/POJK.04/2020
in conjunction with Article 12 paragraph (4) of the Company’s Articles of Association, 1 (one)
or more shareholders representing at least 1/20 (one-twentieth) of the total shares with valid
voting rights may propose agenda items for the Meeting. Such proposals must be submitted
no later than 7 (seven) days prior to the date of the Meeting Invitation.
