Adapun alasannya karena beliau telah mengundurkan diri dari jabatannya sebagai Group Chief Executive Office di CIMB Group dan demikian termasuk jabatannya pada anak perusahaan CIMB Group, keduanya akan terhitung efektif pada tanggal 30 Juni 2024. Pengunduran diri tersebut akan disampaikan untuk memperoleh persetujuan pemegang saham melalui keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) CIMB Niaga terdekat. The reason is due to he has tendered his resignation as Group Chief Executive Office at CIMB Group as well as his position at CIMB Group's subsidiary, both will take effect on 30 June 2024. The resignation will be submitted to obtain shareholders' approval through the decision of the nearest Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of CIMB Niaga.
