PENGUMUMAN KEPADA PARA PEMEGANG SAHAM
Dengan ini kami memberitahukan kepada para Pemegang Saham bahwa PT Soechi Lines Tbk.
(“Perseroan”) akan mengadakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (“Rapat”) pada hari
Rabu, tanggal 24 Juni 2026.
Pemanggilan Rapat akan diumumkan melalui situs web PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), situs
web PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (aplikasi eASY.KSEI), dan situs web Perseroan, pada
hari Selasa, tanggal 2 Juni 2026.
Pemegang Saham yang berhak hadir atau diwakili dalam Rapat adalah Pemegang Saham atau
kuasanya yang namanya tercatat dalam Daftar Pemegang Saham Perseroan pada penutupan
jam perdagangan BEI pada hari Jumat, tanggal 29 Mei 2026.
Pemegang Saham dapat mengusulkan mata acara rapat secara tertulis kepada Perseroan,
dengan ketentuan bahwa usulan tersebut diajukan oleh seorang pemegang saham atau lebih
yang mewakili 1/20 atau lebih dari jumlah seluruh saham dengan hak suara; dan usul tersebut
diterima oleh Perseroan paling lambat 7 hari sebelum tanggal Pemanggilan Rapat, yaitu paling
lambat pada hari Selasa, tanggal 26 Mei 2026. Usulan tersebut harus: (a) dilakukan dengan
itikad baik, (b) mempertimbangkan kepentingan Perseroan, (c) merupakan mata acara yang
membutuhkan keputusan Rapat, (d) menyertakan alasan dan bahan usulan mata acara Rapat,
dan (e) tidak bertentangan dengan peraturan perundang-undangan dan Anggaran Dasar
Perseroan.
Memperhatikan Tata Cara Penyelenggaraan RUPS melalui aplikasi eASY.KSEI, pemegang
saham dapat hadir secara elektronik atau memberikan kuasa secara elektronik melalui aplikasi
eASY.KSEI, dan Perseroan akan menunjuk Penerima Kuasa yang disediakan oleh Perseroan
(Independent Representative) yang dapat ditunjuk oleh Pemegang Saham untuk mewakilinya
menghadiri dan memberikan pilihan suara secara elektronik melalui aplikasi eASY.KSEI.
Pengumuman Rapat ini juga dapat diakses pada situs web Perseroan www.soechi.com.

ANNOUNCEMENT TO SHAREHOLDERS
We hereby announce to the Shareholders that PT Soechi Lines Tbk. (the “Company”) will hold
the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) on Wednesday, June 24, 2026.
Invitation of the Meeting shall be announced on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website,
Indonesian Central Securities Depository website (eASY.KSEI application), and the Company’s
website on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.
Shareholders who are entitled to attend or to be represented at the Meeting are Shareholders
or their proxies whose names are registered in the Company’s Shareholders Register at the
close of trading hour of IDX on Friday, May 29, 2026.
Shareholders may propose meeting agenda in writing to the Company, with the provision that
the proposal is submitted by one or more shareholders representing 1/20 or more of the total
shares with voting rights; and the proposal is received by the Company no later than 7 days
prior to the Invitation date of the Meeting, which is no later than Tuesday, May 26, 2026. The
proposal should be: (a) made in good faith, (b) considering the interests of the Company, (c)
an agenda that requires the approval of the Meeting, (d) included the reasons and materials
for the proposed Meeting agenda, and (e) not against the prevailing laws and the Articles of
Association of the Company.
Pursuant to the Procedures of the GMS Holding through the eASY.KSEI application,
shareholders can attend the Meeting electronically or give proxy electronically through the
eASY.KSEI application, and the Company will appoint a Proxy provided by the Company
(Independent Representative) which can be appointed by Shareholder to be represent him/her
to attend and vote electronically through the eASY.KSEI application.
