PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk. Dukung Penguatan Layanan Darurat Nasional
                              112 Melalui Kolaborasi Indonesia–Korea Selatan

Jakarta, 15 Mei 2026 — PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk [JAST] menyambut positif langkah Kementerian Dalam
Layanan 112 berperan
penting dalam penanganan berbagai kondisi darurat, seperti kebakaran, bencana, kecelakaan, kondisi medis darurat,
gangguan keamanan, hingga kebutuhan penyelamatan lainnya.

Yentoro, Direktur Utama JAST.

layanan kesehatan, rumah sakit, Satpol PP, dinas sosial, hingga unsur penyelamatan lainnya.

PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk Supports the Strengthening of Indonesia’s National Emergency Call Service
                          112 through Indonesia–South Korea Collaboration

Jakarta, May 15, 2026 — PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk [JAST] welcomes the initiative of the Ministry of Home
Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia to strengthen the development of the National Emergency Call Number (NTPD)
112 through cooperation with South Korea’s National Fire Agency.
The collaboration, discussed on May 13, 2026, marks a strategic step in accelerating the transformation of
Indonesia’s national emergency services into a system that is faster, more integrated, and more responsive to public
needs.
The strengthening of NTPD 112 has become increasingly relevant amid growing public demand for emergency
access that is easy to remember, quickly accessible, and capable of connecting callers with relevant agencies in a
more coordinated manner. The 112 service plays a crucial role in responding to various emergency situations,
including fires, disasters, accidents, medical emergencies, security disturbances, and other rescue-related needs.

As a telecommunications company and provider of technology-based contact center solutions, Jasnita Telekomindo
views the strengthening of the 112 service as an essential step in building a more mature public safety ecosystem.
In emergency services, technology serves not only as a communication channel but also as a critical foundation for
incident reporting, case classification, escalation to relevant agencies, response monitoring, and service performance
evaluation.
“The strengthening of cooperation between Indonesia and South Korea in the 112 emergency service aligns with
JAST’s commitment to continuously support regional governments in delivering emergency services that are fast,
accessible, and integrated. For us, 112 is not merely a call number, but a public safety infrastructure that requires
reliable systems, coordination, human resources, and technology,” said Yentoro, President Director of PT Jasnita
Telekomindo Tbk.

JAST is one of the pioneers in providing technology and infrastructure for Indonesia’s 112 emergency call services.
Through its experience in supporting 112 service implementation across various regional governments, JAST
continues to deliver contact center solutions, reporting systems, operational support, and service integration required
to accelerate emergency response.
In practice, the success of the 112 service requires cross-sector collaboration involving regional governments, fire
departments, regional disaster management agencies, police, healthcare services, hospitals, municipal police units,
social services, and other rescue-related institutions. Therefore, strengthening the national system through
international cooperation is expected to drive improvements in service standards, operator capacity, response speed,
and regional preparedness in handling public emergency reports.

“JAST is ready to be part of strengthening the national 112 emergency service ecosystem through our
implementation experience in regional areas, the provision of contact center technology, reporting systems,
command center integration, and operational support required by regional governments. This collaboration sends a
positive signal that the 112 emergency service will continue to evolve as a vital foundation for public safety in
Indonesia,” Yentoro added. Moving forward, JAST will continue supporting both central and regional governments
in expanding the utilization of the 112 emergency call service. JAST also encourages greater public education so
that communities increasingly understand that 112 can serve as the primary channel during emergency situations.

With its experience and technological capabilities, JAST is committed to remaining a strategic partner in
strengthening communication-based public services to realize a national emergency service that is faster, more
integrated, and better prepared to meet the needs of communities throughout Indonesia.
