Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jumlah nilai nominal seluruh saham yang akan dibeli kembali
diperkirakan maksimal sebesar Rp15000000000 lima belas
milyar rupiah Pelaksanaan dan besaran nominal pembelian
kembali saham Perseroan akan dilaksanakan setelah adanya
persetujuan RUPST dan OJK yang mana biaya itu belum
termasuk komisi perantara pedagang efek dan biaya biaya
lainnya yang terkait dengan itu
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pembelian kembali saham diharapkan dapat menjaga
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan stabilitas harga saham di masa yang akan datang, dimana
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, pada saat ini harga saham Perseroan tidak mencerminkan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kondisi fundamental dan prospek Perseroan, diharapkan
Perusahaan Publik dengan Pembelian Kembali Saham maka saham Perseroan
dapat memiliki pergerakan harga saham yang positif.
Perseroan berkeyakinan bahwa pelaksanaan transaksi
Pembelian Kembali Saham Perseroan tidak akan memberikan
dampak negatif yang material terhadap kegiatan usaha
Perseroan mengingat Perseroan memiliki modal kerja dan
arus kas yang cukup untuk melaksanakan pembiayaan
transaksi bersamaan dengan kegiatan usaha Perseroan

The execution and the total value of buyback shares will be
determined subsequent to obtaining the approval from AGMS
and FSA which costs are not yet including securities brokerage
commissions and other costs related thereto
Impact of event, material information or The buyback of shares is expected to maintain the stability of
facts towards Issuers or Public the share price in the future, where at this time the Company's
Company’s operational activities, legal, share price does not reflect the fundamental conditions and
financial condition, or going concern prospects of the Company, it is expected that with the Buyback
of Shares, the Company's shares can have a positive share
price movement. The Company believes that the
implementation of the Shares Buyback transaction will not
have a material negative impact on the Company's business
activities considering that the Company has sufficient working
capital and cash flow to carry out transaction financing in
conjunction with the Company's business activities.
