  Q    Berapakah Capex Perseroan Tahun ini untuk mencapai target pendapatan Perseroan

  A    Terkait dengan capex yang akan direncanakan Perseroan sesuai dengan prospektus
       itu sekitar 20% dari dana IPO yang telah diperoleh sekitar 70 Milyar, jadi sekitar 15
       Milyar itu digunakan untuk capex.
       Regarding the capex that the Company is going to plan according to the prospectus
       it's about 20% of the IPO fund that has been raised about 70 billion, so about 15
       billion is used for capex.

 Q     Bagaimanakah prospek Perseroan melalui anak Perusahaan nya yang berusaha
       dibidang panel surya?

 A     Terkait dengan prospek Perseroan didalam energi terbarukan yang dilakukan oleh
       entitas anak PT Bumiraya Energi Hijau tentu dengan telah dibukanya regulasi oleh
       pemerintah untuk pekerjaan solar panel, rooftop maupun kebutuhan industri-industri
       terhadap penyerapan energi terbarukan akan semakin besar. Perseroan melalui
       entitas anak terus mencari proyek-proyek karna beberapa proyek untuk PLTS telah
       dilakukan oleh instasi pemerintah maupun Perusahaan swasta. Saat ini Perseroan
       akan mengembangkan usaha pada bidang energi terbarukan berupa Pembangunan
       PLTS dan melakukan investasi pada sektor ini yang selanjutnya energi dapat
       digunakan oleh industri-industri dengan sistem sewa.
       In connection with the prospects of the Company in renewable energy carried out by
       the subsidiary entity of PT Bumiraya Energi Hijau of course with has been opened

  A    Untuk target pada tahun 2024 sebesar 118 Milyar dengan laba sekitar 20 Milyar pada
       tahun 2024.

  Q    Dari segmen aspal produk xolabit jenis apa yang memberikan konstribusi 3 besar?

  A    Terkait dengan produk aspal yang memberikan kontribusi terbesar adalah xolabit
       aspal karet, xolabit aspal polimer dan aspal emulsi. Demikian saat ini yang
       memberikan kontribusi 3 besar terhadap Perseroan.
       As for asphalt products, the biggest contributors are xolabit aspal karet, xolabit aspal
       polimer and aspal emulsi. So this is the moment that gives three big contributions to
       the Company.
  Q    Apakah SOLA memiliki terminal aspal curah, jika memliki dimana lokasinya?
       Does SOLA have an asphalt terminal, if you know where it's located?
  A    Terkait dengan terminal aspal saat ini Perseroan sedang membangun depo aspal yang
       berada di Palembang dan Tuban, sesuai dengan RPD Perseroan juga memiliki rencana
       beberapa depo yaitu di Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Jawa dan Papua untuk
       membangun depo-depo aspal.
       Regarding the asphalt terminal, the company is currently building asphal depos in
       Palembang and Tuban, according to the RPD the company also has plans for several
       depo in Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Java and Papua to build asphall depo.

 Q     Capex tahun ini digunakan untuk apa saja dan hingga saat ini sudah berapa capex
       yang digunakan dan apa saja target expansi di tahun ini?
       Capex is used for anything this year and so far how many capex are used and what
       are the expansion targets this year?
 A     Untuk capex di tahun ini kami memliki rencana capex sebesar 20-21% dari RPD yang
       telah kami sampaikan dalam prospectus dan capex tersebut akan kami gunakan untuk
       membangun pabrik aspal membrane yang berada di Tuban. Dimana saat ini seluruh
       proses perizinan sudah hampir selesai dan pada bulan juni/juli sudah bisa kami mulai.
       Kemudian capex yang lain untuk renovasi pabrik yang berada di Muara enim dan
       pabrik yang berada di Demak – Jawa Tengah. Rencana akan melakukan capex
       menggunakan dana Perseroan sendiri yaitu untuk membangun depo aspal di
       Palembang dan Tuban. Terkait dengan expansi kami sudah memiliki rencana dan
       sudah memiliki tanah di Jawa Tengah dan Kalimantan Timur, kemudian Perseroan
       akan melakukan expansi terhadap bisnis solar panel sebagai developer dimana nanti
       Perseroan akan melakukan usaha dengan skema sewa kepada industri-industri yang
       membutuhkan solar panel.
       For capex this year we have a capex plan of 20-21% of the RPD that we have provided
       in the prospectus and that capex we will use to build a membrane asphalt plant in
       Tuban. Where at the moment the entire licensing process has been completed and in
       June/July we can start. Then another capex for the renovation of the factory which is

        yang disampaikan kepada Bursa Efek Indonesia bisa ditotal berapa tahun ini dan
        berapa nilai kontraknya?

  A     Kontrak yang sudah kami sampaikan kepada Bursa terkait dengan keterbukaan
        informasi itu sekitar 27 Milyar untuk pekerjaan proyek preservasi jalan di Kandangan
        – Kalimantan Selatan, kemudian beberapa kontrak Pengadaan Polimer Modified
        Bitumen untuk Perusahaan Tambang di Kalimantan Timur, Pekerjaan service pada
        Perusahaan oil dan gas Internasional, Pengadaan Polimer Modified Bitumen untuk
        Preservasi jalan nasional di Sumsel dan Jambi. Per April ini kontrak-kontrak yang telah
        diperoleh itu sekitar 40% dari target tahun 2024.
