Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Menindaklanjuti pengumuman ringkasan risalah Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Tahunan Perseroan dan keterbukaan
informasi terkait aksi korporasi pembagian dividen tunai
tertanggal 16 Mei 2024, bersama ini kami informasikan bahwa
kurs konversi yang digunakan untuk pembagian dividen tunai
final untuk tahun buku 2023 mengacu pada kurs tengah Bank
Indonesia tanggal 29 Mei 2024, yaitu senilai Rp16.095/USD.
Dengan demikian jumlah keseluruhan dividen tunai final yang
akan dibagikan Perseroan dalam mata uang rupiah adalah
sebesar Rp6.438.096.359.529 (enam triliun empat ratus tiga
puluh delapan milyar sembilan puluh enam juta tiga ratus lima
puluh sembilan ribu lima ratus dua puluh sembilan rupiah)
untuk 30.758.665.900 saham atau sebesar Rp209,31 (dua
ratus sembilan koma tiga satu rupiah) per saham.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak yang signifikan atas informasi ini terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kelangsungan usaha Perseroan

Information disclosure on the conversion rate for the final cash
Type of Material Information or Facts dividend distribution of the fiscal year 2023 of PT Adaro
Energy Indonesia Tbk (the Company)
Description of Material Information or Following the announcement on the summary minutes of the
Facts Companys Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the
information disclosure concerning the corporate action for cash
dividend distribution of May 16th, 2024, we herewith announce
that the conversion rate used for the final cash dividend
distribution of the fiscal year 2023 shall be the Bank
Indonesias middle rate of May 29th, 2024 of Rp16,095/US$.
Therefore, the total amount of the final cash dividend to be
distributed by the Company in rupiah is Rp6,438,096,359,529
(six trillion four hundred thirty eight billion ninety six million
three hundred fifty nine thousand five hundred twenty nine
rupiah) for 30,758,665,900 shares or Rp209.31 (two hundred
nine rupiah thirty one cents) per share
