Pelayaran Putra Lintas Mandiritama sebesar Rp. 16.
475.000.000,00 (enam belas miliar empat ratus tujuh puluh
lima juta Rupiah) yang tertuang dalam Akta Jual Beli No. 2,
tanggal 28 Mei 2024 yang dibuat oleh Notaris Ellen Mochfiyuni
SH., MKn.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Nett Book Value (NBV) CB 1211 per 30 April 2024 adalah
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan sebesar Rp. 14.948.796.367.
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Dengan total harga jual sebesar Rp.16. 475.000.000,00.,
Perusahaan Publik maka terdapat keuntungan penjualan sebesar Rp.

Penilaian Aset Berupa 1 (Satu) Unit Kapal Tongkang CB 1211
Atas Nama PT Batuah Abadi Lines yang telah di keluarkan
oleh Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik Amin, Nirwan, Alfiantori &
Rekan.
Dengan dijualnya kapal tersebut memberikan dampak yang
positif terhadap kegiatan operasional dan kondisi keuangan
Perseroan yaitu mengurangi beban keuangan Perseroan
kedepannya.
Dampak hukumnya adalah telah beralihnya hak milik dan
segala tanggung jawab atas kapal tersebut dari Perseroan
kepada pihak Pembeli.

hundred and seventy five million Rupiah) as stated in the Deed
of Sale and Purchase No. 2, dated 28 May 2024 made by
Notary Ellen Mochfiyuni SH., MKn.
Impact of event, material information or The Net Book Value (NBV) of CB 1211 as of April 30 2024 is
facts towards Issuers or Public IDR. 14,948,796,367.
Company’s operational activities, legal,
financial condition, or going concern With a total selling price of Rp. 16. 475,000,000.00., then there
is a sales profit of Rp. 1,526,203,633.
The sale price of the ship is in accordance with the Asset
Valuation Report with No. Report: 00008/2.0044-
08/PP/01/0445/1/I/2024, dated 19 January 2024 Regarding:
Asset Valuation in the Form of 1 (One) Unit of the Barge CB
1211 in the Name of PT Batuah Abadi Lines which has been
issued by Public Appraisal Services Office Amin, Nirwan,
Alfiantori & Partners.
The sale of this vessel has a positive impact on the Company's
operational activities and financial condition, namely reducing
the Company's financial burden in the future.
The legal impact is that ownership rights and all responsibility
for the ship have been transferred from the Company to the
Buyer.
