International Tbk (“Perseroan”) menyampaikan
laporan pelaksanaan Public Expose yang telah
diselenggarakan di Jl. Ancol VIII/1, Jakarta
14430 dan secara virtual melalui aplikasi Zoom
pada tanggal 27 Mei 2024 jam 15.00 WIB, yaitu:
1. Public Expose Perseroan dimulai pukul 15.10
WIB. Jajaran manajemen Perseroan yang
hadir adalah Bp. Agus Saputra Wijaya selaku
Direktur Utama, Bp. Putu Darsana selaku
Direktur, Bp. Arief Tonny Kusuma selaku
Direktur, Bp. Ir Andy Gumala selaku Direktur,
Bp. Adhi Kristanto, STP, MP selaku Direktur,
Bp. Tjiu Thomas Effendy selaku Komisaris
Utama, Bp. Lie Suhanto selaku Wakil
Komisaris Utama, Bp. Burhan Hidayat selaku
Komisaris Independen dan Bp. Sunardi selaku
Komisaris Independen.
2. Public Expose tersebut dihadiri oleh 14
(empat belas) orang yang terdiri dari
wartawan dan investor (screen shot dan
daftar hadir terlampir).
3. Presentasi dilakukan oleh Bp. Agus Saputra
Wijaya, Direktur Utama Perseroan dan
dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab.

In accordance with Regulation No. I.E,
Attachment to Decree of the Directors of PT
Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00015/BE1/01-
2021 dated 29 January 2021 concerning
Obligation to Submit Information ("Regulation
I-E"), hereby PT BISI International Tbk
(“Company”) submits a report on the
execution of the Public Expose which has
been held at Jl. Ancol VIII/1, Jakarta 14430
and by virtually through Zoom application on
May 27, 2024 at 15.00 WIB, as follows:
1. The Companys Public Expose starts at 15.10
WIB. The management of the Company who
attended was Mr. Agus Saputra Wijaya as
President Director, Mr. Putu Darsana as
Director, Mr. Arief Tonny Kusuma as
Director, Mr. Ir Andy Gumala as Director,
Mr. Adhi Kristanto, STP, MP as Director, Mr.
Tjiu Thomas Effendy as President
Commissioner, Mr. Lie Suhanto as Vice
President 'Commissioner, Mr. Burhan
Hidayat as Independent Commissioner and
Mr. Sunardi as Independent Commissioner.
2. The Public Expose was attended by 14
(fourteen) people consisting of journalists,
and investors (screen shot and list are
attached).
3. The presentation was made by Mr. Agus
Saputra Wijaya, President Director of the
Company and continued with guestions
and answers session.

& PT. BISI International, Tbk. 4. Ringkasan tanya jawab: Pertanyaan: Untuk menjalankan bisnis baru alsintan, model dan strategi bisnis apa yang akan dijalankan oleh Perseroan? (Andi Kurniawan) Jawaban: Sebagai tahap awal, Perseroan akan menggunakan program kemitraan dengan petani jagung sebagai captive market yang akan dilayani. Selain itu, Perseroan juga akan bertindak selaku service provider bagi petani mitra yang membutuhkan jasa panen. Setelah dikenalkan kepada petani jagung, Perseroan akan menjual alsintan tersebut kepada pihak yang menyediakan jasa panen tersebut. Pertanyaan: (a) Terdapat pembelian aset tanah di 2023, apakah untuk membangun pabrik baru dan dimana? (b) Penjualan pestisida turun di @1 2024, apa penyebabnya dan bagaimana antisipasi Direksi untuk 3 kuartal mendatang? (c) Terdapat Perjanjian Market Research dengan perusahaan di China, potensi market apa yang ingin diperoleh di sana? Sebelum covid ada perjanjian yang sama, apakah ada hasil positif yang ingin dibagikan? (d) Penjualan Benih Padi tidak terlalu bagus selama, bagaimana potensi kedepan? (Lugman) Jawaban: (a) Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk membangun pabrik baru di Lombok mengingat daerah situ merupakan daerah penghasil jagung yang cukup besar, (b) Terjadi penurunan harga bahan baku dari China sehingga terjadi penyesuaian harga jual untuk mempertahankan pangsa pasar, (c) Research dilakukan dengan mengirim produk benih Perseroan kemudian pihak China akan melakukan pengujian dan memberikan masukan mengenai tingkat penerimaan di pasar China: (d) Perseroan masih mencari varietas padi yang unggul yang dapat diterima oleh petani dan mengingat besarnya potensi pasar benih padi maka diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positip. 4. Summary of guestions and answers: » Ouestion: To run a new agriculture machinery and eguipment business, what business model and strategy will the Company implement? (Andi Kurniawan) Answer: As an initial stage, the Company will use a partnership program with corn farmers as a captive market that will be served. Apart from that, the Company will also act as a service provider for partner farmers who need harvesting services. After being introduced to corn farmers, the Company will sell the machine to parties who provide harvest services. s Ouestion: (a) There was a purchase of land assets in 2023, is it to build a new factory and where? (b) Pesticide sales was decline in O1 2024, what was the cause and what was the Directors' anticipation for the next 3 guarters? (c) There was a Market Research Agreement with a company in China, what market potential do you want to obtain there? Before covid there was a similar agreement, are there any positive results you would like to share? (d) Rice Seed Sales have not been very good so far, what is the future potential? (Lugman) Answer: (a) The Company has plans to build a new factory in Lombok considering that the area is a fairly large corn producing area, (b) There was a decrease in the price of raw materials from China, resulting in an adjustment in selling prices to maintain market share, (c) Research is carried out by sending the Companys seed products, then the China side will carry out tests and provide input regarding the level of acceptance in the China market, (d) The Company is still looking for superior rice varieties that can be accepted by farmers and considering the large potential market for rice seeds, it is hoped that it can make a positive contribution. Yusuf) Jawaban: (a) Produktivitas lebih tinggi dan ketahanan terhadap penyakit bulai yang lebih baik: (b) Dibutuhkan 9.000 ton benih jagung. Pertanyaan: (a) Bagaimana Perseroan memproduksi Combine Harvester NISKALA102? Apakah BISI memproduksi NISKALA102 secara penuh? Jika tidak, apakah BISI bermitra dengan produsen lain untuk memproduksi NISKALA102?
