Adapun penyelenggaraan Paparan Publik Tahunan Perseroan ini dilakukan guna memenuhi ketentuan Peraturan Nomor I-E Tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi (Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Jakarta Nomor: Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021 tanggal 29 Januari 2021) (Peraturan Nomor I-E) serta akan dilakukan menggunakan Fasilitas Zoom Meeting yang disediakan oleh Perseroan. The implementation of PUBEX will be carried out to meet the provisions of Regulation Number I-E on Obligation to Delivery Information (Annex to The Decision of the Board of Directors of Indonesian Stock Exchange Number: Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021 dated January 29, 2021) (Regulation Number I-E) and will be conducted using the Zoom Meeting Facility which provided by the Company.
