Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MedcoEnergi atau
Perseroan) bermaksud untuk mengumumkan divestasi
kepemilikannya di Kontrak Area 47, Libya kepada Libya
National Oil Corporation (NOC).
MedcoEnergi dan NOC telah menyepakati pengalihan seluruh
hak partisipasi Perseroan (50%) dalam Perjanjian Bagi Hasil
Eksplorasi dan Produksi (EPSA) di Kontrak Area 47 dan
seluruh kepemilikan saham Perseroan (24,5%) di Joint
Operating Company, Nafusah Oil Operations B.V. Divestasi ini
juga menyelesaikan seluruh tuntutan dan gugatan di bawah
arbitrase antara MedcoEnergi dan NOC, yang telah disepakati
oleh kedua entitas untuk ditarik.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,

Description of Material Information or PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MedcoEnergi or the
Facts Company) announces the divestment of its holding in Contract
Area 47, Libya to the National Oil Corporation of Libya (NOC).
MedcoEnergi and NOC have agreed the transfer of the
Companys entire (50%) participating interest in the Contract
Area 47 Exploration and Production Sharing Agreement
(EPSA), and its entire (24.5%) shareholding in the Joint
Operating Company, Nafusah Oil Operations B.V. The
divestment also settles all claims and counterclaims under the
arbitration between MedcoEnergi and NOC, which the two
entities have agreed to withdraw.
